MISS TLC SAYS: Upon the first viewing I thought "this is creepy and uncomfortable... MC is 41 and Biebs is 17... and she is vamping it up all sexy like she usually does...I mean, really, is she trying to flirt with him???" I just hope the same loon from Justin's Someday perfume event doesn't show up and try to rush the stage. LOL. (I know the guy came out and said he was just a plainclothes officer who was attempting to help JB in some way, but still. It looked crazy when the news footage was broadcast. Everyone expects Justin fans to look a certain way, and that guy was definitely not it.) Either way, tune in tonight to NBC to watch the tree get lit while enjoying holiday performances from Justin Bieber, Cee-Lo, Michael Buble, Carole King, and Katharine McPhee!

Between work, life & family; Miss TLC has hardly had a chance to breathe, much less continue to entertain your lives with the witty reparte you've come to expect from this site. Fear not loyal readers, we are BACK, and what better time to relaunch "The Wonderful World of Miss TLC" than during "the most wonderful time of the year"??? :) We've missed you all dearly, and would appreciate comments here or on Twitter or Facebook, or forwards to your friends & family. It's gonna take a lot to get the word out that we are back and in fact, better than ever. We are planning some changes in the new year, but for now the site will still look and operate the same. MISS TLC SAYS: I know a lot of people are going to dog this video for being too simplistic, but I don't think there's anything wrong with simple IF it's done right. And this video is definitely done right. Jay & Ye come off like real deal best friends who are just having a GOOD ASS TIME. WHY I THINK THE "OTIS" VIDEO IS FAB FAB FAB IN 5 POINTS: 1 - The converted Maybach is obviously the focal point of the video, for good reason. The audaciousness of wrecking the Maybach 'Back To The Future'-style matches the cockiness of the Watch The Throne album so I thought the choice to do something like this was perfectly within reason. 2 - The girls in the car are naturally beautiful (another style point presented gorgeously by Kanye & Jay in their current music and videos). No over-inflated strippers in thongs here. Just bought these Manolos at Bergdorf's to add to my collection: I don't know if you can see it in the picture clearly, but one side of the shoe is strappy, and the other side is solid. Then there is a strap that fastens around your ankle and forms a 'v' on the front of the foot. Miss TLC LOVES "I Love Lucy". Honestly, why are reruns of this show no longer on TV? I felt like a few years back they were, but now it's near impossible to stumble onto a repeat while flipping through the channels. Anyway, in honor of what would have been Lucille Ball's 100th birthday tomorrow, I am posting a darling clip from the iconic show below. Lucy was generally CRAZY stylish (I LOVED her style!), which is what made this episode so funny because she tried making her own dress in an effort to save money.

I've seen this picture circulating around the web several times since the Royal Wedding and let's get one thing straight....... .......as cute and funny as it is....... .......it's not pigmentally correct. Cinderella had blond hair, her Prince was a brunette, his suit was yellow & orange; and Cinderella's evil stepsisters Drizella and Anastasia wore purple and green (or pink/purple and yellow/green depending on which version of the movie you watch). :)

MISS TLC SAYS: Now I missed the "Divas" show (which was probably the case with many people...), because even though I like Adele, Kelly Clarkson and Jordin Sparks, they are not "divas", nor are they my faves. "VH-1 Divas" used to be one of the most talked-about events every year. There were major collaborations between larger than life legendary female singers such as Diana Ross, Aretha Franklin, Mary J. Blige, Celine Dion, and Whitney Houston. However, this year showcased 2 "American Idol" winners and a Disney tween star. Seriously VH-1??? Don't get me wrong. I do believe that both Kelly and Jordin are talented (Miley, not so much), but they are not in the business long enough to be considered "divas". Yes, there were other young'ns and new jacks on the program before (Brandy, Leeann Rimes, Ashanti, Eve, etc.), BUT those were part of much larger bills including people like Celine Dion and Gladys Knight. While on the bus this morning, I saw the woman below wearing an oddly colored (and fitted) ensemble on the way to work (Yes, I knew she was going to work from her conversation with the bus driver.):I mean honestly people, dress for your shape/size. (That dress probably wouldn't look good on anyone, but ESPECIALLY not someone like that.) What was CRAZY funny though was that her jewelry (which you can't see here because I never would show someone's face), and her shoes (which you can kinda see), were also weird shades of lime green. But THEN she took out her phone to make a call and...... it was the same green!!!Look Mrs. Kermit the Frog, that slit is WAY inappropriate (it ended right under her bum) and that color is flattering on NO ONE. MISS TLC SAYS: So apparently Nicole Richie has a maternity line called "Nicole" at the maternity mecca, A Pea In The Pod. I think Nicole looks great in these pics, and now that she is a mother of TWO, she definitely has a real foothold in the Mommy industry. The clothes look real cute, and she had a nice big ad on the bus next to my cab which I'm sure will grab major attention.
