My Feelings on Credit Cards

I have mixed feeling on credit cards rewards If you have one credit card per person and the person manage and pays for it can be a very good think. The example of this is my wife and I had one credit card. So we would go on our marry ways and if we found something we want or need, we could use our credit card. The problem we ran into every once in a while was that if we both wanted something expensive at the same time. We would have a large bill for that month. Know we worked out that we will call each other before spending the money. I like credit card because they save me the time going to the bank and getting cash. Also I like the feeling that I have some money no matter the situation.

In my book the word loan is a dirty word. I was raise on ?if you do not have the money then you do not buy? But this is so untrue some things you will never have the money unless you hit the lottery jackpot. Things such as a house or a car are item you can save all your life to buy. So in this sense a loan is not so bad.I have two loans a house loan and an Auto loans. These loans are not too hard to manage. My mortgage loan I just go it a new rate and it is very manageable. As for my auto loan I do not think I got the best deal out there. So my advise to you when buying a car take your time because all the cars dealers will have special every month and if the right one is not there when you are ready to buy then just wait it will come back around.As for the mortgage you can get always refinance once you find the deal you want but you must keep up with the entire different offer from all the mortgage firms.So I guess I should redefine my bad words and take the word ?loans? out.

A friend of my who has home insurance will tell you he will never own a home without home insurance. His roof had a small leak and he though no big deal he can get it fix in the summer time. Well Microsoft has extended the date of execution of their windows xp for six month. They say since is a good sell they will keep around for little time longer. Okay here is what I think about it they will be producing windows xp and also vista. I really believe they are fixing Vista or even creating a new operating system that will combine Xp and Vista together. So when the six months are up they will stop selling Xp and with in a few months announce that they have a new OS coming out in the following year. So Vista will still sell with the new computers and Xp stock will stop. Then As soon as the new OS comes out then they can slide Vista out the door and call in another bust for Microsoft but still make a profit.

Has Apple slowly becomes Sony ? I am just wondering has Apple have taken from the Sony play book? With Apple?s iPhone announcement that if you unlock you iphone will void your warrant and maybe brick you phone if you get this new update that is going to be rolled out soon.Sony has done this with the PSP because they want to stop from adding thing to the PSP. But this has not stop the whole underground of developers (dark Alex).Block the Unlocking of the iPhone maybe the dumbest thing that Apple has done because of Greed of money or the best idea because of all the advancement that will come to the iPhone. Just looking back at the PSP example most people who play with the Homebrew stuff usually have two PSP and one of them is covered by warranty.
