Britney Spears will be allowed to spend Christmas with her kids, according to US reports.Celebrity website, TMZ has said that a judge has granted the Toxic singer visitation rights to see sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, on Christmas day.Britney and Kevin Federline's lawyers were at The Superior Court in LA to thrash out a deal today (Monday) in the latest custodial hearing.Britney Spears and Kevin Federline were not present for the date.It was agreed that although Kevin will keep custody of the children, Britney will have access to see the kids on Christmas day. It's a small victory for Britney, as she steps up her bid to prove to the court that she is a responsible mother.At a previous court hearing on 8 November, K-Fed's legal team said they want his ex-wife to have less visitation rights with their kids - because they claim she keeps missing random drug tests. The music star was ordered to take the drug tests after she was stripped of custody.

Rehab artist Amy Winehouse has reportedly gained 14lbs on her new fast food diet. The super-slim singer has been gorging herself on calorific treats, including devouring seven McDonalds meals in the space of just six days, in a bid to pile on the pounds. Colombian popstar, Shakira , has been taking a class for the past month at the University of California, Los Angeles, called "Introduction to Western Civilization: Ancient Civilizations from Prehistory to Circa A.D. 843." A source said, "While everyone else has been at the beach, the MTV Awards and the Emmys, Shakira's been studying History of Western Civilization all summer at UCLA." Shakira's manager Fifi Kurzman also confirmed to The Associated Press that she had enrolled in the course, saying, "She went when she finished her tour, for the summer." For years the 30-year-old has studied on her own, also taking tutorials on the history and languages of the countries she visits, Kurzman added. It's been almost fifteen years since Faith Hill recorded her debut album, Take Me As I Am.
