Ray J Loses Film Role

Brandy's little brother Ray J might regret releasing a sextape with Hollywood slore Kim Kardashian after being ousted from an upcoming film. Ray J was set to star opposite Yolanda Adams in a film geared towards religious folk until producers decided the sex star was too risque. Ray J says "They called me and asked me, 'Yo, what's up with the sex tape? We know about it.' Then they called me back and said, 'Well, Yolanda Adams is in the movie and this is gospel and we just can't do it.' There is some positive spin to all Ray J news. Despite losing the movie role, Ray J has banked a deal with Trojan condoms and is working on a liquid sex enhancer. "I'm sponsoring a new drink that kind of stimulates you, like liquid Ecstasy, but over-the-counter."

Robin Thicke Talks Justin Timberlake

It seems Robin Thicke is getting tired of the Justin Timberlake comparisons. The R&B singer tells Giant magazine "I would say that Justin's been a star since he was 16 and it took me 14 years to become a star. That's the big difference. I'm the guy who had to keep trying. I'm the guy who took four record deals and never hit. I'm the guy who has actually been through all the pain and the struggle and the heartache. And when I sing now, I sing with pain and heartache and struggle in my voice." We assume Thicke's struggle is one of coming into his own and not a financial one. It is no secret his father Alan Thicke was a successful television actor so we're sure Robin had a little cake growing up. As far as the Justin comparisons, the only similarity is that their both Caucasian males. The buck really stops there. It will not be a hot summer for 50 fans as it was recently announced that Curtis will not be making its June 26th release but instead will drop this September. Curtis is the third studio album by 50 and features collaborations with Ludacris, Justin Timberlake and Robin Thicke. A statement released by 50 and Interscope reads "I'm an international artist. My fans worldwide deserve to receive my album at the same time as my fans here in the U.S. Taking that into consideration moving the album to September was a necessary course of action.?

Cannon received an award for "Breakthrough Actor Of The Year." Cannon shared the award with James McAvoy, the actor who challenged Idi Amin (Forest Whitaker) in "The Last King Of Scotland." Media mogul Jay-Z and his hotspot the 40/40 Club are being sued by a former disgruntled employee who claims Jigga and Twenty Ones, Inc. (who owns the club) pimped her.Lawyers for Celeste Williams, a former waitress at 40/40, accused the club of keeping a cut of workers' tips and "willfully failing and refusing to pay them at the legally required minimum wage" and overtime since the hotspot opened in 2003. Reps for the club are calling Williams' allegations false and insisting that all employees keep 100% of their tips and are paid the minimum wage.

Tyres e , Ginuwine and Tank are joining forces to form TGT, a modern day LSG.The group is currently in the studio working hard on new material for their first studio album and are planning on touring  this fall. When we announced that Prince could be bringing his 3121 performances to Los Angeles three months ago, other sites called us liars. Prince fans said we were making it up. What we try and make clear is that we do not make anything up and if we report something we're getting it from the celebrity directly or the person sitting next to them. With that being said, it is now safe to say WE TOLD YOU SO! Prince is coming to Los Angeles to perform for seven weeks at the historisic Roosevelt hotel. Prince will play a two-hour set on seven consecutive Friday nights' starting at 11:30 p.m. The first show will take place on June 15th. According to the New York Post?s Page Six: "He's getting paid $3 million for the gigs - $1.5 million is coming from a clothing company, Verizon is chalking up $750,000, and the rest is covered by the hotel. Prince will also get comped rooms, food and beverages."

Big surprise! America has a brand new Idol . She's young and cute and will almost certainly make make a splash in the record industry. 74 million votes were cast last night and in the end, Jordin Sparks, the 17 year-old singer from Glendale, Arizona took home the crown. Sparks beat out the beat-boxer Blake Lewis in a record-setting vote. After the win, Sparks said "Thank you so much for everything ... Mom, Dad, I love you." Makes you just want to pinch her cheeks! Anyway, last night's finale was also home of the washed up star with Jerry Springer, David Hasseloff (Big in Europe) and Jeff Foxworthy all stopping by to catch the show. We could talk about the  American Idol finale for another nine paragraphs but why do that when everyone else will...instead why don't you just watch this video. We wish someone would give these two aliens a show. We'd watch that before Idol.

We broke the news a few weeks ago and now the wedding is set to take place this week. We're hearing that Amy Winehouse and the guy who had her so depressed while making Back To Black are set to married in Miami . Winehouse and Fielder-Civil started dating two and a half years ago but split when Winehouse learned that Fielder-Civil was cheating on her with another woman. The two had been broken up for over a year until they got back together a few months ago.Amy's future hubby, Fielder-Civil, was photographed by The Sun yesterday having his suit altered allegedly for the big event. The wedding is going to be small with just around six to ten friends. We hope Blake takes care of our girl and doesn't do what he did last time. We're not sure Amy could survive that.

50 Cent, T.I. and Robin Thicke were in Los Angeles this morning announcing the BET Award nominees. After the announcements the celebrities took time to talk to the media. It was during this time 50 Cent surprised a lot of people including THEBLENDED.COM staff with his commentary on Paris Hilton and Britney Spears . 50 posed the question that if he were in violation of his parole like Hilton, how long would it take for him to be put in jail? He also questioned whether or not people would be lobbying to get him a pardon like Hilton supporters have with California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. As far as the Britney Spears fiasco goes, 50 also had some observations. 50 said that the one of the reasons the American media exist is to build people like Britney up into super stardom only to crush them the first chance they get. 50 doesn't believe Britney or her people handled her celebrity in the most beneficial of ways.
