The future of daytime soap operas has been one hot topic the past few weeks and now the subject of fans having to pay to watch their favorite shows has been brought up. It is an interesting concept that could provide a solution to help save an industry. So many of us love so my question is would you pay to watch your favorite shows if it would keep them on air? Thanks to the lovely Nancy Lee Grahn who plays Alexis Davis on General Hospital the questions of whether or not soap fans would pay to watch their shows was brought to my attention. Nancy posted the question on Twitter and I immediately replied ?Heck yeah” because I would totally pay a fee if it meant saving one of my favorite soap operas from getting canceled. Doctor Who Season 6 Premier Review

Last night?s premier of Doctor Who season 6 was pretty bizarre, to say the least. The good Doctor (Matt Smith) had season 5 regulars newlyweds Any (Karen Gillan) and Rory (Arthur Darvill), along with River Song (Alex Kingston) meet him somewhere in Southwestern America. They received invites delivered in blue envelopes, each which are numbered. Another is also invited, Canton Delaware, an elderly man who comes bring a large can of gasoline. While enjoying a picnic, the Doctor tells them about going to visit space in 1969. Amy notices a somebody looking on from a distance that nobody else sees. At which point, somebody wearing an Apollo-style spacesuit emerges from a lake and kills the Doctor! Really kills him this time. The spaceman escapes and the others burn the Doctor?s body with the gasoline. The Time Lord obviously brought them all there for a reason, now they have to figure out why? Lindsay Lohan is headed back to the slammer after a judge just threw the book at her for violating her probation once again. Oh LiLo will you ever learn! Although it was looking like things were going her way earlier today when the charges against her in the stolen necklace case went from felony grand theft to a misdemeanor, Lindsay Lohan?s joy was short lived. Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced Lohan to 120 days in the slammer. TMZ is reporting that the judge also gave the trainwreck starlet 480 hours of community service and she won?t be picking up trash along the side of the road.
