Hi everyone! Hope you all had a FAB weekend :)This is my first look for Mizz Worthy's Illamasqua contest! The other one i will do tomorrow and its going to be a wearable version of my inspiration.Inspiration:I choose the queen of hearts as my inspiration because of the way she is depicted in the illustrations i chose. NYX Lipstick Swatches

I got my four NYX round lipsticks i ordered in the mail yesterday. I was on my way out when i saw the package in the post box so while i was walking i was tearing open my package and trying them out :PI got Circe, Indian pin, Thalia and B52. I was actually all of a sudden quite disappointed that i didnt get more especially in lighter colors but i am happy with the one i got.Indian pink is probably my favorite at the moment though!I also got a little free lipgloss that's strawberry chocolate flavoured and it smells sooooo good!Anyway i might do a video on these later so keep a lookout!xx

I have always like Rachel McAdams, but i cant ever remember what she is wearing on or off the red carpet. I will definitely remember this outfit though.Her face looks pretty and i like her shoes (although they do look a bit big) but whats up with the dress and her skin matching??She is such a nice looking girl and she is making her legs look horrible... I bought some cheapie goodies today i already showed you guys my lip butter so here is the rest!Shorts from Terranova for 19.99. Really cute for summer.Slip slop flip flops :P from Peacocks for 3.50! OMW like how cheap is that! I seriously go through these so quickly cause its all i wear in summer, everything else is just 2 hot! I wont even dare wearing closed shoes or even pumps.Little headband on sale at Peacocks for 1 euro! Total madness and i love print so i had to get it!There are a few other things i need to go get so i will probably go over the weekend. The coral nail polish from Revlon that Hele Says recommended and some barrym lipsticks :)xx

Yes Yes Yes to The Body Shop

I treated myself to a bit of retail therapy today and as i walked past The Body Shop i remembered some of the bloggers that went to the Body Shop blogging event mentioned how nice this lip butter is. I have never tried any of the lip butters from the body shop so i thought this was a good enough place to start!I thought the price was a bit much at 7euros but i saw now that the proceeds will be used raising awareness for AIDS so its 7euros well spent!Its a limited edition in partnership with MTV and it has a fruity fragrance inspired by the dragon fruit.I must say it smells AMAZING and it even tastes good! I couldn't help licking my lips! The smell just reminds me of summer and relaxing and of the Bahamas for some or other reason :PThe texture is a bit strange and grainy but it does smooth in and then its just soooooo soft.All in all i totally love this and it puts some pressure of my MAC tinted lip conditioners for the moment. :)

So today i had to get ready early and head of to the post office. I had about 20 packages to send so i spent 70euro! I am sure they overcharged me cause its not usually that much but anyway...I want to do a soft brown pink shimmery look as it nearly Easter and i feel like marshmallow eggs with the pink insides from Woolies in SA.... Extra Virgin Hair

My hair has been in really really bad condition lately so yesterday i set out to go find the perfect deep conditioning hair treatment! I was very excited but came home empty handed.I have never tried any hair masks and everything that looked remotely like it could be a conditioner was in Italian...This is a big problem i have with trying new things in Malta. Loads of the stores sell products like loreal, garnier etc but everything on the packaging is written in Italian so i have no idea whats going on...When i dye my hair i just look for how long i must leave it in and hope for the best!Anyway after my failed attempt at finding something i looked on the internet for home made hair remedies and found olive oil. Duh!How could i not remember that :PI know i need to stop washing my hair more, remember to use my heat protectant and not straighten my hair so much but i needed a quick fix.I took half a cup of olive oil and heat it up a little bit in the microwave till luke warm. Eyeliner Test

I tried out three types of eyeliners to see which ones are the easiest to work with best color etc.Can you guess which ones are which?Number one (flower) is MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack - this is my favorite one because it doesnt tug on your skin it goes on black and stays black and you dont have to apply it more than once :)Number two (heart) is MAC Carbon - I just dip my eyeliner brush in a bit of water and swirl it around in my eyeshadow. This also has great staying power but is a bit more difficult to work with than the fluidline. Its still amazing though!Number three (waves) ELF waterproof eyeliner pen - I had to use three coats to get that color and its still not black but it was super easy to make the shape and you have a bit more control. I would suggest using this first to get the perfect line and applying something else over it. :)

On Friday night my one friend told me about this cute little shop she found that sells handbags and jewelry and also really nice shoes. She bought a pair of bright pink silk peep toes with bows and i totally fell in love!On Saturday i went searching for the shop and found the shoes but not in my size :(They did have loads of other pairs so i didnt have trouble finding some that i liked!I ended up buying these and i think they are more me anyway. They are delicate and strappy but still have an edge.I cant wait to wear these!I hope they dont hurt to much though but the are leather so they should be fine.Its so nice being able to buy summer stuff. No more boots :)

I got some more ELF goodies recently when they had the 3 code sale going on. There were some items i wanted to try out but like always got the colors to dark! Grrrrr....Anyway i was upset until i had an idea. Firstly the little tinted foundation tube is quite small so its not like you can use it over your whole face anyway and i have a few foundations that are now to light for me so i decided to mix it with my other foundation before applying. I also didnt really know what to do with the face shimmer so i mixed a drop of that in as well and voila! I got perfectly even dewy skin. I was surprised at how nice it looked and it will definitely be a staple for summer!I also bought some of the clarifying powder. Also way to dark an everyone knows i have been looking for a matte bronzer so while i am searching for the perfect one i will be using the powder!Its actually almost the same shade as my Bobbi Brown Bronzer and it looks great! :PFrom left to right:Clarifying pressed powder in tone...

Me being a poser! :PHi everyone! Hope you guys had a fantastic weekend! Mine was great and the weather was good (summer is nearly here!)We started off Friday by going to meet some friends at a beach bar down on the rocks and after a few drinks everyone decided it was a good idea to come to our place as it was so close. We got some pizza and drinks and had loads of fun!The next morning we got up early and went for a nice stroll along the promenade and to the other side of Sliema where we had some yummie chocolate croissants and cappuccino for breakfast. After that shopping time!I love days like that! All relaxed and perfect!The chocolate croissants to die for!!!The fishies liked this boat! lol

MAC Popster - This is my favorite at the moment. So soft and in real life it looks a bit more bitten than in this pic. Like you just made out with someone for a while :PMAC Pink Fish - A bit milky for my liking although i do have quite rosy lips so i cant get the total light pink milkshake look.MAC Budding Lustreglass - Bright pink gloss probably worn over pink lipstick for the best effect. A bit sticky but even if you lick your lips it wont come off. Little Darlings Arrived!

I received my MAC little darlings from the holiday collection in the post today! I got them from ebay and the shipping was really fast!I love love love the colors! So summery and pretty! I have been wanting to try underage for a while but once again it has that pale milky look ala pink fish which everyone is liking but i don't know if i like it on me yet. Maybe if i have more of a tan it will look better?These are not as small as i thought they would be and because i don't wear lipgloss everyday they are perfect.I haven't had any MAC glosses before so its also a great way to try some out!I will take some pics of what they look like on a little later.xxPs. I just noticed the lipglosses are wrong way around :P

Here are my goodies at last! :) I got Tippy, Fun&Games, Pink fish, Popster and the mirror. I thought i was going to be so over it by the time it arrived but no way! The funny thing is i was amping myself up so much for pink fish but i ended up loving popster so much more. This is the one i will be buying a back up of because i can see myself putting it on every day in summer!Just because i can here are my cute Hello Kitty necklaces :)Swatches of my goodies. Ok, so i am so super happy and excited today! I have been cleaning all day and our apartment looks brand new and everything is totally organised so i am glad someone decided to thank me by letting my HK arrive today!When the postman handed me that little black box i nearly kissed him! I thought i would share my few MAC eye shadows with you guys! I didn't put any primer on before i did the swatches so the colors might look a bit more faded than usual (especially me beloved plum dressing)I am working on my collection of shadows but it is proving to be a bit difficult because i have to order everything over the net and MAC doesn't post to Malta...
