Venumadhav turns film producer

It has now become almost a routine that every successful comedian in Tollywood either gets an offer or makes an attempt to play the hero. Brahmanandam, Ali and Sunil have already acted as heroes. Krishna Bhagavan is now playing the lead role in John Apparao 40+ while Venumadhav was hero in Hangama and Bhookailas. The Telugu film industry has seen that comedians Brahmanandam and MS Narayana turning into producers, basically to promote their own sons as heroes. We have also seen Dharmavarapu Subramanyam and AVS donning the roles of directors. Now, the filmnagar sources are abuzz that Venumadhav finally took a decision to take a plunge into production. 'Okka Magaadu' cans fights at Golconda fort

Some action scenes are being choreographed for 'Okka Magaadu' directed and produced by YVS Choudary on the banner of 'Bommarillu Vari' with Yuva Ratna Nandamuri Balakrishna as hero. Producer cum director YVS Choudary says, 'The shooting is now in progress at Golconda Fort and the fights are being shot under the direction of fight master Kanal Kannan. The role of Balakrishna would suit his image and all the songs and fights were being choreographed in an extraordinary manner. The film is coming up in a way to attract all classes of audiences. It is refreshing to see once in a while a telugu movie, Which does not show people killing each other Which does not have any of the standard comedians yet generate lot's of laughs Which does not have songs pictured in foreign locations or huge sets Which does not have atleast one known star in the lead cast Which does not have an "Item Song" Which does not have hot shot Technicians Which does not cause embarrassment to watch with entire family Over the years tollywood has adopted some or all of the above ingredients in making any kind of film. A sensational director said in an interview that he liked the 'mouth' of a young acting aspirant and hence he roped her into his film. The film is now running in theatres and the gossip is spreading about the director. No one knows if it were true or if it were started making rounds only after that interview. It is said by a Film Nagar source, "The director liked her mouth a lot as he said and he had exploited her mouth during the shooting of the film. He intended to shoot a lip kiss with her but finally dropped the idea. In fact, he didn't leave her without doing rehearsals for that lip kiss scene. Leaving that aside, he had enjoyed a very good tryst with her through out the shooting.
