Britney turned herself in for her hit and run that was caught on tape in August. She also had charges for driving without a valid license. She went to the L.A. Police Dept. last night, got fingerprinted and photographed and was out in about 45 minutes.[SOURCE]

Orlando Bloom was in a car accident this morning. Even though he was taped acting a little weird, officers say that alcohol or drugs were not a factor. TMZ reports that after the accident, Orlando is seen walking away from the vehicle even though there were 2 women in the car with injuries, one of whom is Cher Coulter, a celebrity stylist. She "suffered a laceration on her head and, more seriously, a fractured neck." Orlando returned to the car when papparazzi convinced him to do so.

This is turning into a Britney gossip site and that's not what I want!!! I cannot help it though. This chick brings so much drama everywhere she goes, it's hard not to be interested. Anyway, Britney arrived at the courthouse hours late to speak to the judge about his decision on her request to have sleepover visits with her boys. K-Feds lawyer also showed up. TMZ is reporting that the judge allowed Britney to keep her sunglasses on due to a medical condition(???????). Maybe she caught pink eye too. The media was asked to leave.[SOURCE]UPDATE:::TMZ is now reporting that Britney will have 1 monitored sleepover a week with her boys. It is not known who will be monitoring the visits.

According to TMZ, Michelle will serve 180 days in jail. She was on probation for hit and run & DUI. She violated her probation by not having proof of completion of community service and drinking while she had her alcohol monitoring device on. She has to report to the jail on Christmas Eve. That's kinda harsh isn't it?

They were on their way to eat sushi and the lady just started yelling that Britney needs to move out of the neighborhood or something. Jamie Lynn then told the woman to "MOVE THE F*CK OUT". Danny Bonaduce kicked Jonny Fairplay's ass at the Fox Reality Awards last night. Here's the bloody Jonny:He left in an ambulance . . . LOL!!! What a little bitch! Team Bonaduce ALL THE WAY! Just cuz he's hot.According to TMZ:Danny said he thought the show was over and he was leaving, and Fairplay was on the stage, asking the audience why he was booing him. Danny says, as he walked by, he said "They're booing him because they hate him."Someone then asked Danny to go on stage and tell him that, which he says he did. Danny says he was off the first step of the stage when Fairplay lunged at him and wrapped his legs around him.Danny says he didn't know if Fairplay was joking. Petey-Pie gets lucky again . . . his sentencing has been postponed so he can "TRY" to kick the drug habit. Yeah right. He wouldn't be Petey-Pie without the drugs!!! According to BBC:Sean Curran, the singer's lawyer, said District Judge Davinder Lachhar accepted his plea to adjourn the sentencing on Wednesday evening after Doherty tested negative during his six-week drugs treatment."Pete's doing very, very well, extremely well and he wants to give himself a chance."The court knows he's tested negative for drugs throughout his residential programme - that's six weeks now."The judge wants to see how he's keeping after the aftercare before he goes back for them to assess him."

Britney gave her kids up yesterday to K-Fed's bodyguard after a judge ordered her to do so. This just doesn't seem right to me. She had until Wednesday to give em up. I would wanna spend all the time I can with them before I had to give them up, am I right? Well, I guess she has different priorities because she gave em up yesterday and then went to a tanning salon, to the DMV, checked into a hotel, and then she had dinner at Nobu last night. What the hell??? She could've used all that time to spend her last moments with her kids before they were taken from her!! I'm having a hard time understanding her these days . . . K-Fed's lawyer went to court today to bring up the fact that Britney 's been driving without a valid Cali license with her kids. She has until Wednesday with them, then she has to give them to Kevin. They will stay with their daddy until further notice. YIKES!!!OK! reports that the ruling states:"Respondent's oral motion pursuant to section 214FC is granted and the matter proceeds as a closed hearing. The court and all parties present confer on the record that the court makes its order as fully reflected in the notes of the official court reporter. The court's prior order including the orders made on September 28, 2007 remain in full force and effect with the following modification: Respondent is to retain physical custody of the minor children on Wednesday October 3rd, 2007 at 12 PM until further order of the Court. Repondent's ex-parte application is noticed for October 3, 2007 at 1:30 PM in Department 88."
