SHIT FOR RECEPTION...SHIT FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE...UNRELIABLE.."THE NEW AT&T"
2007-09-27 11:21:00
Living in a metropolitan city, you would expect your cell phone to work and recieve a signal "outdoors". With the new AT&T where I live it is almost impossible. With a population pushing 450,000, a company the size of AT&T should have updated equipment and towers to take care of the needs of their customers. Not here. After waiting on hold for 65 minutes, I finally got the "unfriendly" customer service dept. at AT&T. In the middle of my call which I made while walking around one of our local lakes which is in the middle of the city and free of trees and is wide open. I lost my signal and was disconnected. I called back and waited an additional 40 minutes to talk with someone who had no clue what I was trying to tell her. At my residence I recieve no signal, although Sprint, US. Cellular, Nextel, and Verizon all do, as does an old T-Mobile phone that I have. BTW, its not the phone, I have changed phones about 4 times without any success. So if your planning on switching to the new AT...
