What a Tease!
2007-12-04 04:44:00
I went to a wedding in Pensylvannia a few months back and I have to say, that is one of the best wedding food i’ve ever had. I was so impress with the presentation and the fact that it actually taste even better than it looks! I’ve had my fair share of crappy wedding foods. And being asian, everyone knows there’s 2 things that 99.9% of guests will talk about for years to come… the food and the liquor. Nobody cares about the bride and groom! It’s not really that disheartening, but food is such an important factor in a wedding. Here’s a few teasers :O) Shrimp Paste in Tapioca Dumplings wrapped in Banana Leaves Cucumber Salads and Steam Pork (Similar to Spam but oh so much better) Cold Appetizers (Jellyfish Salad, Cold Meats and Vegetables) Seafood in Bird’s Nest (Made of Fried Taros) Lobster in Ginger Sauce Steamed Buns for the Peking Ducks Cripsy Peking Ducks Sweet and Sour Stir Fried Fish
Buttah & Fried Onions Brussel Sprouts
2007-12-03 05:35:00
This is a fairly simple side dish. Let me warn you, it is not the healthiest way to prepare a vegetable dish, but it’s so worth it! Fat rules! Recipes will be posted later. Must.get.8.hours. sleep. now!!!
