Ingredients10 cabbage leaves1 cup of white rice2 cups of water1 pound of lean ground beef1 cup of dry bread crumbs1 pinch of ground cinnamon1 (28 ounce) can of whole peeled tomatoes, chopped1 onion, diced1 teaspoon of saltDirections 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). 2. Bring a large pot of water to boil, add cabbage leaves and cook for 2 minutes. Drain.3. Combine the rice and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is tender. Remove from the heat and set aside. 4. In a large bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, cinnamon, drained and chopped tomatoes, onion and salt; stir until well combined. Spoon equal amounts of beef mixture onto the center of each cabbage leaf. Place a spoonful of rice onto the beef. Roll up leaves, tucking in the edges, and seal with a toothpick. Wrap each roll in aluminum foil and place in a shallow baking dish. 5. Bake for 40 minutes, or until beef is cooked through.

By Brandy Summers=>Honey Garlic Glazed MeatballsThese tangy sweet and sour meatballs will be a hit at the buffet table.Ingredients2 eggs3/4 cup milk1 cup dry bread crumbs1/2 cup onion, finely chopped2 teaspoons salt2 pounds ground beef4 cloves garlic, minced1 tablespoon butter3/4 cup ketchup1/2 cup honey3 tablespoons soy sauceDirections1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.2. In a large bowl, combine the eggs and milk. Add the bread crumbs, onion and salt. Crumble the beef over the mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls.3. Place on greased racks in shallow baking pans. Bake, uncovered for 12 to 15 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.4. In a large saucepan, sauté garlic in the butter until tender. Stir in the ketchup, honey and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain the meatballs and add to the sauce.5. Carefully stir to coat evenly.
