2 eggs * 2 zucchinis * 1 cup yogurt * 1/2 cup olive oil * 1/2 cup flour * 50 g parsley * 50 g fresh dill * 1 cup crumbled Feta cheese * 1 tbsp baking powder * 2 tsp black cumin seeds (Nigella Sativa).Cut the zucchinis in little pieces. Mince the dill and the parsley. Place the flour in a bowl and open an hole in the center. Pour inside the zucchinis, the dill, the parsley, the baking powder, the yogurt and the olive oil and mix all the ingredients very well. Place the mixture on a greased oven tray with 25 centimeters length. Pour on the black cumin seeds (Nigella sativa). Bake on a 180º preheated oven for 20 minutes. Cut in small squares and serve.

2 cups bulgur (large grain) * 3 cups water * 1 tbsp mint leaves * 1 tbsp fresh dill leaves * 1 tbsp parsley leaves * 1 tbsp fresh sweet basil leaves * 1 red chili pepper * 1 green pepper * 1 tomato * 1 onion * salt * black pepper * dry thyme * dry mint * 2 tbsp olive oilCut the chili pepper, the pepper, the onion and the tomato in small pieces. Mince the herbs: dill, parsley, mint and sweet basil. Pour the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion, the chili pepper and the pepper for some minutes on medium heat. Then, add the bulgur, washed and drained, and continue sautéing for 5-6 minutes. Add the water, the herbs, the salt, the black pepper, a little thyme and dry mint. Cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes. After the bulgur absorbs all the water, turn the heat off. Let it wait for 30 minutes. Stir carefully with a wood spoon and serve.

Add the water and cook on low heat until all the water evaporates. Add the milk and bring to boil. Add the sugar. Dissolve the flour in very little water and add it to the rice. Boil for 2 minutes and turn the heat off. Add the vanilla and mix. Pour the sutlaç into small ovenproof bowls. Beat the egg yolk and pour on the sutlaç. Set the oven to broil. Leave in the oven until the surface of the sutlaç is slightly burned. Let it cool down and serve.

2 coffee cups oil * 4 coffee cups flour * 1 tbsp baking powder * 4 coffee cups yogurt * 4 eggs * 4 coffee cups sugar * 4 coffee cups wheat semolina * 2 cups crumbled hazelnuts * 1 lemon juice and grated peelFor the syrup:3 cups sugar * 2 cups water * 1/2 lemon juice * 1 tsp vanilla extractBeat the eggs with the sugar for 10 minutes. Add the flour, the semolina, the nuts, the yogurt, the oil, the lemon juice and grated peel and the baking powder and mix well. Place on a greased rectangular tray and bake on a 180º preheated oven. When it is ready let it cool down.Prepare the syrup. In a pot, mix the water with the sugar and bring to boil for 2 minutes. Add the lemon juice and the vanilla extract and take from the fire. Cut the revani into thick slices and pour the syrup over them with a tablespoon. Decorate with hazelnut slices. Wait 4 hours before serving.

750 g ground beef * 750 g ground lamb meat * 2 slices old bread * 2 onions * 4 eggs * 3 carrots * 100 g parsley * 1 tsp cumin * salt * black pepperFor the tomato sauce:30 g margarine * 1/2 cup flour * 2 tbsp tomato paste * 5 cups water (or meat broth)Cut the bread in little pieces. Mince the parsley and the onion. Boil the carrots and 2 eggs. Mix very well the ground meat with the bread, the parsley, the onion, the cumin, the other 2 eggs, the salt and the black pepper. In the middle of the mixture put the 2 whole boiled eggs and the boiled carrot cut into little pieces and make a roll. Preheat the oven to 170º C and bake the meat roll for 30-40 minutes.In the meantime, prepare the tomato sauce. Melt the margarine on low heat. Add the flour and then the tomato paste and let them boil. Add the water (or the meat broth) and boil for 5 minutes more. 200 g butter * 40 g pine nuts * 300 g flour * 2 1/2 cups sugar * 2 cups milkIn a pot, mix the milk with the sugar and make them hot on low heat. In another pot, melt the butter and saute the pine-nuts on low heat. Add the flour and continue cooking on low heat. Add the milk with sugar to the flour mixture pressing very well with a wood spoon.
