This particular cocktail is my personal favourite and is a heady mix of various spirits like vodka, rum, gin etc. So if you are not much into drinking please avoid it( just joking).INGREDIENTS:15 ml. white rum15 ml. vodka15ml. white tequila15ml. gin7.5 ml. white creme of menthe90 ml. sour mixcola( pepsi, coke choice is yours)lemon wedge--- for garnishMint spring--- garnishMETHOD: Mix all ingredients except cola with craked ice in blender and pour into a tall chilled collins glass. Fill glass with cola, stir, garnish with lemon wedge and mint springs.NOTE: Take care not to mix cola too furiously as it may produce a lot of gas. Please let me know what would you like to see on this blog.....Tags : Long island iced tea , Gin , Tequila , Collins Glass

The base is usually spirit-gin, rum, vodka.Modifier: The modifying agent smoothens the biting sharpness of liquor and add character to the flavour. The modifier should not predominate the liquor flavour e.g. the vermouth is a modifier in martini cocktail.Flavouring Agent: They include cordials, liqueurs, and fruit syrups.Colouring Agent: These are liqu...
