I was excited to join Body Combat class since I have heard much about this class from friends. What is Body Combat? Nope, it does not involve soldiers fighting in a combat like in Black Hawk Down, one of my favorite movies. According to my friend, Body Combat is the most intense fun you will have with two feet on the ground. Puzzled. Wonder how he has reached that conclusion.
