Last night, I was surfing the web searching about dieting on Japanese sites. And I found a very interesting article that caught my attention. It was about a so-called "2-week strict no-carb diet." It sounds just like Atkins! (For ref. see Atkins diet related publications and reviews on Amazon; and Dr. Atkins' forthcoming book.) But from the third week, you will switch to a Low GI diet until you achieve your ideal weight. From that point, you can increase your carb intake little by little and keep track of your weight until it stabilizes. When you don't gain back your weight (rebound), that will be your essential carb amount necessary to maintain your ideal weight. To be honest, I was never interested in Atkins diet because I did not want to live with a fear of carbs and not being able to eat any. But if it is only for 2 weeks, I can do it. I've been living in the Midwest for about a year and a half now. One thing that I noticed is how fat people are in "real" America.Guess what? Without noticing I actually gained 10 pounds in this past 1.5 years. I always thought I would never gain much weight and that I could always eat whatever I want, whenever I want. However, my lifestyle here in the Midwest changed.One of the biggest differences is I don't walk anymore. I think what puts people off is that is is a dangerous poision not the actual injection itself.I had a consultation first and then was booked an apointment a week later . BIO OIL I have now been using this for over a yearnow and so has my daughter as she has stretch marks on her inner legs and i have fresh small scar on my chin which i still have. The bio oil did nothing in changing the appearance of the stretch marks on my daughters legs and my scar on my face has not changed appearance either, it did not reduce the appearance atall or change the colour of the stretch marks or make them less noticable But i will say i have used this as a wrinkle cream on my face for over a year now and it has made my skin very soft and it seems to heal any pimples a lot quicker which people might find hard to believe being an oil base but they seem to take less time to heal with bio oil with no scaring from picking and my lines are less noticable around my eyes so i would recommend this as a good face serum and not a scar reducer as i still have my scar, i also use this as a hand cream which has made my hands appear more youthful.
