What Men Ought To Know About Prostate Massagers
2008-05-21 10:06:00 By James RabinProstate massages have been performed for centuries both for pleasure and for medical reasons. Also known as prostate milking, the process may be done internally and externally. Internally, it involves inserting into the rectum a finger or one of the prostate massagers out in the market. Externally, it requires stimulating the prostate through the perineum, but this is not as effective as the internal version. Prostate massage can be awkward and embarrassing, so it is fortunate that it is simple enough for men to correctly do it themselves. The existence of prostate massagers also lessens the discomfort. It is not exactly easy to reach a finger up to your prostate, especially if you are not very limber. Prostate massagers allow a hands-free prostate massage that is hygienic and safe. All you need to do is to adopt a comfortable position and insert the tool. The prostate massagers and your anal muscles do the rest of the work. If you are experiencing prostate symptoms...
What You Need To Know About Prostate Massage
2008-04-24 05:24:00 By Robert William LockeUp to recently, prostate massage was not even mentioned. It is now being discussed more openly and is less of a taboo subject than before. Chronic prostatitis, infertility and enlarged prostate (BPH) are conditions where a massage of the prostate can be very beneficial. Prostate massage can now complement many conventional treatments for chronic prostatatis and enlarged prostate, especially where treatment by antibiotics is not so effective. Not only does the massage relieve symptoms considerably, but it can reinvigorate the blood circulation around the prostate and help it to get rid of some debris. Prostate cancer patients should NOT consider prostate massage as an alternative as it could cause the cancer to metastasize. Patients with an infection of the prostate should not have a massage either as it could cause the release of bacteria into the bloodstream, thus making the situation much worse. Usually massage of whatever type or wherever in the body can... More About: Massage

2008-03-30 11:27:00 By Jonas SterlingProstate massage is a medical based procedure that is used to relieve the painful symptoms of several common prostate disorders as well as well to achieve an intense prostate orgasm. The prostate gland is found only in men and is a very important part of the male reproductive system. It is about the size of a walnut and is located underneath the bladder and just in front of the rectum. Its function is to assist in the manufacture of semen. Semen is the milky fluid that is responsible for transporting sperm from the male testicles through your penile member when you ejaculate. Prostate massage is a medical based procedure that was originally and is still commonly being performed by a doctor or medical practitioner as an effective treatment for common prostate disorders including chronic prostatitis and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). External Prostate Massage
2008-03-30 11:19:00 By Michael J HollandThe Prostate is a muscle as well as a gland, and like all muscles it responds well to effective therapeutic massage. A poor blood flow to the prostate gland is now widely accepted as one of the main causes to most problems in this area of the body. And massage to the prostate will help promote a healthy blood flow to the gland more effectively than any other treatment being used today. Very briefly the prostate gland is walnut shaped and sits just below the bladder. Its main function is to produce part of the seminal fluid which is a constituent part of the ejaculate. It will store and eject the fluid out of the body via the urethra during ejaculation. It is important to note that the urethra runs through the middle of the prostate and is vulnerable to strangulation when the gland expands with age. In an ideal world, there should be no need for prostate remedial actions of any kind because our lifestyles would be in tune with our body's requirements. But, unfo... More About: Massage , External

2008-03-30 11:17:00 By Francis K GithinjiHave you ever known that even men have a hot spot? Equivalent to a woman G-spot is prostate gland in men. It is the sacred spot for men which gives them that intense good sexual feeling. The massage of the prostate releases the physical and emotional stress in men. The spot is accessible through the anus since it is located below the bladder near the base of the penis. Its close proximity to rectal wall makes the anus the most direct route to the prostate gland. In preparation for prostate massage, it is wise for the person who is giving the massage to thoroughly clean his/her fingers before hand. Trimmed short clean fingers they should be to avoid tearing the thin membrane on the rectal wall. It is also advisable to urinate before the exercise begins. Guide To Prostate Massage - Part 1
2008-03-30 11:16:00 By Drikus BothaThis guide to prostate massage will show you exactly how to give your partner a pleasurable but safe massage in 3 easy to do steps. It is very important that you explain to your partner what you are about to do, so that he can relax and be comfortable with the situation. Step1 - Urinate or Bowel Movement It is very important that your partner urinate or do a bowel movement before the massage. Both of you will be red in the face when this happens during the massage and it will probably be the last time you do it. Save yourself the embarrassment and ask your partner to do this before you start. Step2 - Relaxing It is very important to get your partner to relax because it will be very uncomfortable for him when you put your fingers in his anus. Men are not used to this and the body will automatically stiffen up. You should do some relaxing foreplay to get your partner in the mood for this. Step3 - Giving The Massage Make sure your hands are sterile and use some lat... More About: Guide , Part , Prostate
Why Prostate Massage Is Pleasurable
2008-03-30 11:13:00 By Francis K GithinjiThe prostate gland is the key to sexual pleasure in a man. It is the button that opens the floodgates of pleasure, commonly refereed to as the P-spot, the "G-spot" of a man. The prostrate gland is rubbed, stroked or gently pressed through the wall of the rectum. Due to the high sensitivity of the prostrate gland, it gives you a tingling feeling. That feeling that a person feels moments before ejaculation as the prostate now begins pumping semen. Semen flows freely without even the physical stimulation of the penis. When the prostate starts the process of emptying itself, the sensation can simply drive you wild. It makes you hang on the threshold of different forces of sensations. You hang around that sensation that comes moments before ejaculation for longer which makes you know why prostate massage is pleasurable. Prostate massage brings a new dimension in sex because of the psychological or mental high that a man is able to achieve. The positions assumed duri... More About: Massage
The Benefits of Prostate Massage
2008-03-30 11:08:00 By Christine FawleyProstate massage is a healthy and pleasurable activity that can be enjoyed as part of your intimate life. Quite simply, prostate massage stimulates the prostate with a finger or massage tool with the intention of relaxation and/or pleasure. This is an intimate skill that can be learned and shared by lovers in the privacy of their own home. The prostate is a gland, located just below the bladder and sheathed in the musculature of the pelvic floor, the same muscles that contract during orgasm and ejaculation. The urethra runs from the bladder, directly through the prostate gland and out through the penis. The prostate gland plays a central role in the male sexual system. Within the gland, tiny ducts called acini produce prostatic fluid. This fluid mixes with sperm and fluid from the seminal vesicles to become the male ejaculate. Prostate health is essential for lifelong sexual pleasure and function. Regular ejaculations keep the prostate healthy by stimulating pro... More About: Massage , Benefits
What Is Prostate Milking And How It Makes Life Better
2008-03-30 10:46:00 By Francis K GithinjiIt is a descriptive term used for the process of relieving the body from a build up of seminal fluids in the prostate gland. The fluids are discharged in such a unique way that involves a massage and no orgasm is attained. Prostate milking is a sexual fetish practiced by a certain community that believes in erotic sexual denial. It involves a long term abstinence of a male from orgasm and ejaculation. The man will stay for many weeks and months without engaging in sexual activities. Anything that might lead to an orgasm and an eventual ejaculation is avoided. Even masturbation is kept at bay as the man preserves himself for "milking" at a later date when he is ready and full. The main reason for prostate milking in this case is to cool down and reduce the level of sexual arousal though temporarily. This is where the milking process starts for the male recipient. The prostate gland is now filled with prostatic fluid which was accumulated after such a long self d... More About: Life
Prostate Milking - The Facts About Milking The Prostate Gland
2008-03-30 10:41:00 By Jonas SterlingProstate milking is a medical based procedure and can be used to benefit men in several ways. The most important reason for prostate milking is to relieve men from excess seminal fluid and can be very beneficial for men suffering from chronic prostatitis and benign prostatic hyperplasia or BHP. Men who suffer from acute prostatitis should avoid milking the prostate gland as the prostate infection can spread elsewhere in the body, thus making this procedure a highly dangerous one for those individuals. More and more medical practitioners believe that a regular prostate milking, even in those individuals that are not experiencing any problems with their prostate can be very beneficial for regular healthy prostate maintenance. It is believed that regularly flushing out the seminal ducts of excess seminal fluid will delay or lessen certain prostate disorders as men age. Thus, men of all ages can benefit from a regular prostate milking to either maintain prostate healt... More About: Facts
Prostate Massage And Milking The Prostate - How To Milk The Prostate - Nurs
2008-03-30 10:39:00 By Chris JanesProstate massage and prostate milking are both commonly used terms to describe the massage or stimulation of the prostate gland either for medical or sexual reasons. Both terms are frequently used when the purpose is the relief of the symptoms of chronic prostatitis by a doctor and prostate milking or milking the prostate is used more often when the purpose is draining prostatic fluid during sexual activity to achieve a specific effect. Both can be performed internally or externally, but I will describe the internal technique here. The prostate gland is just one part of the complex male reproductive system. It produces seminal fluid and functions in the process of ejaculation and orgasm. The gland is about the size of a walnut and is positioned directly behind the bladder. It's prone to many conditions and diseases including, acute prostatitis, chronic prostatitis, enlarged prostate or BPH (benign prostatic hypertrophy) and prostate cancer. The prostate milking tech... Learn Thai Massage With The Experts In Thailand
2008-02-18 16:28:00 By Russel ClarkIt is no surprise that Thai Massage has become one of the most popular forms of massage in the recent times as it is now considered to be the 'ultimate' massage. This ancient practice works along the Energy lines or Meridians systems. It is not dissimilar to Yoga stretches, chiropractic adjustments, Chinese acupressure and internal organ massage. Thai Massage has its roots in Buddhist philosophy. It is therefore practiced in many Buddhist temples throughout South East Asia and in particular, in Thailand . This is because the average Thai includes this traditional technique as an essential part of their daily maintenance health program for improved blood circulation, relaxation, slowing the aging process, and general well being. This is very different to the western approach of using massage therapy as a way to relieve chronic pain. Whilst it may well be effective in relieving pain, it is better used as part of a preventative health program. Because there are so m... More About: Experts , Learn

It is an especially exciting time for therapists and yogis who practice Thai-Yoga massage, as clients who seek natural health treatments are starting to discover its many benefits. What is Thai-Yoga massage? How is it different from other styles of massage, and from yoga? What are some of its health benefits? Why is it becoming popular recently? Thai-Yoga massage is also known as Thai-Yoga or Thai massage. It is practiced in the Thai, or Siam, culture for well-being and prevention. It produces the therapeutic effects of yoga. However, it feels wonderfully relaxing as it is applied. You, the recipient, passively receive the treatment. Essentially, Thai massage is like having yoga done to you. You, the recipient, are usually clothed and lying on a padded mat on the floor. Some therapists may perform the treatment on a therapy table. Others may incorporate some of the Thai stretches... Thai massage came to Thailand in conjunction with Buddhism and is called Nuad Phaen Boran in the old writings. Nowadays Thai massage is an integral element of the traditional Thai medicine. On the one Hand Thai massage is a manifold science, which is taught at the university as part of a four-year traditional medical degree program. On the other hand Thai massage is practiced with much skill by many women and men throughout the Thai population with a less formal education. These Thai massage therapists oftentimes obtained their knowledge through oral tradition and have less extensive theoretical knowledge compared to their colleagues trained at the universities. Full Body Massages
2007-10-20 14:53:00 By : Jennifer BaileyA full body massage means manipulation of the soft tissues of the body using the hands to reduce muscle tension and relieve pain. Such massages not only open the pores of the skin but also speed up blood circulation. In the modern system of physiotherapy, the process of full body massage begins with massaging the upper limbs and lower limbs, followed by the chest, abdomen, back and hips and ending with the face and the head. The massage strokes in most body massages are directed towards the heart. Modern Western massage techniques aim at releasing muscular tension and joint stiffness by facilitating the circulation of blood and the lymphatic system. However, in Oriental massage therapy, massages release blockages and improve the flow of vital energy in the energetic channels that course through the body. A full-body massage involves the patient being treated by lying down on a massage table, generally unclothed, draped with towels or sheets to keep the patient?... Thai Massage - Origins, Techniques and Benefits
2007-09-24 12:32:00 By : Michael Russell Thai massage has been practiced for several thousand years. It is one branch of Thai medicine, which includes manipulation (of which massage is a part), diet, medicinal treatment and ritual (spiritual ceremony). In Thailand it is used in conjunction with these other forms of treatment, although in other countries it may be used on its own. Thai massage is based on the belief that all disease is due to an imbalance of the body's energy. Its goal is to promote this balance and therefore assist in the healing of the entire person. To do this, it uses several techniques. The first is the application of pressure through leaning into the area being treated. This pressure is less forceful than that used in some other forms of massage and more like the pressure used in shiatsu. Also like shiatsu, Thai massage uses pressure along energy channels. (called "sen" in Thailand, but more commonly known as meridians - which is what they are called in Chinese medicine). T... More About: Massage , Benefits , Origin
Thai Massage - For Healing & Wellbeing

Introduced to Thailand by an Indian doctor, ?Nuad Phaen Boran? as is it known in Thailand, correctly translates as Ancient Massage or Traditional Massage. Here it is more widely known as Thai Massage. Thai Massage is considered an ancient art of body therapy for health, healing, and transformation. The History of Thai Massage Thai massage has been performed for centuries by monks in Southeast Asia as one element of indigenous Thai medicine. The History of Thai Foot Massage
2007-09-24 12:20:00 By : Annalisa ZismanThai foot massage dates back over hundreds of years, and has been one of the most effective and revered forms of massage in the Orient, and eventually all over the world. Though Thai massage can cover the entire body, the art of Thai foot massage is an art in and of itself. Thai foot massage was developed over the years by incorporating foot massage techniques from some places such as China, Japan, and Korea. Most people who have experienced Thai foot massage can attest to its benefits. The foot is probably the most abused part of the body, but not only that, it seems to have a direct connection to every other part of the body. A good Thai foot massage not only makes your feet feel wonderful, it can promote healing and relaxation in many other parts of the body as well. In the ancient Orient, this was discovered rather early, and foot massage was used as a method of healing both the mind and the body. As a holistic treatment, those in the ancient Orient realized... Nuad Phaen Boran actually translates into "ancient massage" or "traditional massage." Traditional Thai massage has been practiced for over 2,500 years. It not only relaxes the body, but the mind as well. It actually began in India. The Buddhist monks practiced both massage and other healing arts. This spread to families and as Buddhism spread to Asia, the traditional Thai massage became a part of both the religious and healing part of the religion. It is believed that traditional Thai massage made it to Thailand around the 3rd or 2nd century BC. Many times, monastery temples were built near medical schools so the art of massage was taught among both monks and medical students. Traditional Thai massage focuses on the experience of the whole body. It works on the major energy lines, kno... More About: Massage , Healing , Benefits
