been a while, my apologese
2008-04-07 19:04:00 Hi there,i'm sory that my blog has been unupdated for so long. Here I am being the guru who wants to help other people, but to be honest, i still have problems myself to. The reason i didn't write was because i tought: why should i write? who do I help? And at the same time i had troubles losing the hard pounds. I didn't know if the efford was worth it. Would the final weightloss realy give me the confidence i need to enjoy my life more? I still don't know. But i started again with my weightloss journey and I will try to continue to write. Not to frequent, just to make it do-able for me to. Never give up in the first month

Definitly read this when you have yet to start with losing fat, or if you are in the first week of your fatloss.There are some things you need to know. Our body has 3 kinds of fuel. Fat, proteins and Carbs. The body will use proteins as last product to start burning, and carbs first. The body uses enzymes to use these fuels. We always have a big amount of enzymes to burn carbs, butt almost no enzymes to burn fat. When you start your diet,(without exercising allot ) this is what happens in the first weeks. (! everybody is different, this might happen at a similar way or it could be different for you)week 1: By dieting, your energy balance is negative. You get in less energy then you use. The body needs to use its reserves. 2007-11-27 21:59:00 I've been training for almost a year know (with a short off period) and one thing I always asked myself was: "What is the different between pushing yourself and stopping when you are overtrained?" To tell te truth, you will know.Today I started with my push-ups. Me first set was realy heavy. Weird, i did the same amount of reps during 3 sets last sunday and i did more reps the 4th set and only then I realy had the push myself. But I continued. I started doing my crunches. That didn't work out well. After 10 reps I had the same burning feeling I normally have after my last set. I tought, my muscles are still recovering from a very hard (but nice) training sunday. 10 mintues later I was busy running. I did my first 1 minute fast run (part of my High Intensity Training, see my running scheme). Its hard but it helps me to lose weight fast and to build up my stamina.HIT schema (3x a week)week 1: 5 min Warming Up - 1 min fast running (hartbeat 180-205) - slow running (hartbeat 140-150, my heart doesn't get to drop to that, but i run at a speed my hearbeat would be that when i didn't do fast running before it) (i do this 1min-2 min 5 times) - 5 min cooldownweek 2: 5' WUP - 1'30 fast - 2 ' slow (5x) - 5' cooldownTo make it easyer: i always start with 5 min Warming up and I end with 5 min cooldown. Getting mad, getting insane, like john cena's trainer says: "to be the best, you need controlled insanity" . If you push yourself mentaly, you can achieve more.The first movie is something that is very important to me. This kid gohan has an awsome power but has never used it. Sometimes you see some of his power very short. I'm a bit the same. I use to be very soft. But now i start to show my true power. I'm not so soft any more, i train hard, i am not longer afraid to rebelize and i'm no longer afraid of paine. But still I'm to kind. I'm strong, i can punch real hard, i'm verbally strong but i don't use those powers. I have never bullied somebody, i let people walk over me. But i know that one day, when i achieve me perfect form (low fat, big muscles, good stamina, and having done the first year of boxing and wrestling training) that i will explode like gohan in the movie, ... It's a funny movie to see, but these guys don't have the nicest thing of the movie: the big swelling muscles. In the series, these guys get better after every near death.Here they are. Not that extreme afcourse, but parents who tought me that exercise was good, and i should eat healthy,...Parents, if you are chubby or even fat. Then remeber that your child will be to if you don't do something. Dieting yourself maybe hard sometimes, but giving your child healthy food isn't hard. Children have lots of energy, even chubby chilrden. Use that energy to let them start a sport at a young age. Your children will be thankfull. Allot of fat people feel unhappy about themselves, and because of that feeling , they eat. So look at these girls. They are chubby but beautifull. Try to be like them: try to look at your best, no matter how fat you are, do your best to look like a diva. Feel happy. Don't let others give you a negative selfimagize, and at the same time say: YES I am beautifull, but i do want to lose weight to have more energy, for my health, and to prove that I have a stong personality. Afcourse, some agression against bullies while training can help to motivate yourself. Its more fun for me, and its good for new visitors, because if they read part X, then they know that there were other parts.Good Shoes Most of you know that you don't run with casual shoes, sandals, slippers,... but what manny people don't know is that running with gymnastic shoes, basketball shoes,... is as bad. Running, I love it: Part I
2007-11-18 11:26:00 Probably the last thing a fat person says. If you told me one year ago that I would say this then I would probably tell you to stop talking stupid.Just like for most people who want to lose fat, running was a demonic thing I had to do to lose fat. Whenever you look up the best sport to lose fat, it is running. At the beginning I started with 5 minutes of running (a normal person would have walked faster then me) and then I was dead.New running is something fun to do. I can run around the block, in the forrest, in the park, to the gym, on a tredmill,... and I can run fast,slow, short period, long period, high intensity, low intensity, sprint,.... and I can run in the morning,noon, afternoon, evening,.... and I can listen to moviemusic to motivate me, or just rock. I can run to relax, to work of stress, to shake agression of, to take a breack between studying,... 2007-11-18 10:34:00 Today is a rest day. I normally work today from 9 tot 6, but I have so much work for school that I won't work anymore untill the christmas hollidays. Besides learning, I'm also planning to do alot of things for my blog. Promoting it on myspace, yahoo groups, .... and asking other blog for link exchange. And I will also start sending some forms to other people who were fat to start my first post on emotional problems.I'm afraid that my chair is going to be my spot for most of the day. But I will probably do some boxing to make sure I get my daily exercices.!Help: first some explination.
