There are tools that are not so useful as they appear to be, one of those are the individual social widgets. I have personally seen blogs with more than 30 of those social bookmarking buttons all over the side columns. That is not so very nice to put excessive bookmarking buttons and widgets on your blog but that's only my opinion you can do whatever you want with your blog. Other good idea is to include your blog in a community to make you gain exposure, the bad idea is to join a short reach community. A very nice option to solve this two aspects are Addthis and Blog Rush. Addthis solves the excessive buttons in your blog by providing an all in one service to your visitors, and BlogRush make your blog go Live! by generating traffic, this way people know you are there. Enjoy your blogging by simplifying things that can be simplified. Life is to complicated, make your blog a stress free one.

Addiction is bad, but we are talking about blogging.... That sound like an addict to me. This is a post just to have some fun, there are a lot of forms of getting away of stress and blogging is a good way to achieve that. Did you spend long hours in your blog?
