Posh?s Diet Goes To The Extremes
2007-08-08 10:20:00
Living in Britain it is hardly possible to avoid reading or hearing something about Posh or Becks without them referring to Victoria's rather skinny body and constant rumours of eating disorders, size zero .... Now with husband David Beckham joining the LA Galaxy, wife Victoria is trying to make her own personal impact on the US media. So far things have not been going so well as her initial reality TV show ?Victoria Beckham: Coming to America? has been slated by her critics big time. Her now super fit husband, Whom she once refered to as ?goldenballs" in a documentary about their time in Spain when David Beckham played for Real Madrid , has joined the Los Angeles Galaxy in an attempt to bring US soccer the recognition it deserves and so far has been making a pretty good job of it with the Hollywood publicity machine going great guns with rumours of several of the Hollywood elite likely to be taking seats at the next Galaxy game.

Not All Calories Are Created Equal - The Evidence
2007-07-29 11:10:00
have just finished reading about how not all calories are treated equally another excellent post by my friend James Brausch at the weight loss dude website and I thought I ought to share it with you. Let me explain before you read Jame's article ... James comes over as very controversial to many people and to some a little arrogant but I have know James now for around 4 years and most everything he has to say he backs up with very sound argument which may fly in the face of the normal conventional view in most peoples eyes. James is an Internet Marketer and Search Engine Optimization expert whom I much respect for in his choosen field again his methods may be a little unorthodox but they get results. I expect you will find it hard to agree with James's way of explaining things ( I did say he was outspoken) but he pretty much leaves you with no way of refuting his findings... So lets look briefly at his latest post and then you can read the rest at his weightloss site weightl...
