Here in Barbados we were fortunate not to have suffered a direct hit by Dean and so we were spared from the serious impact a direct hit can cause.During the passing of the storm I decided to make some notes so that after the storm had passed and my Internet connection was up again I could do some blogging. One of my blogs is called Los Barbados and it is a blog about the life, history, culture, food and people of Barbados. The post I wrote was entitled “Hurricane Dean Spares Barbados” and it was posted the day after ‘Dean’ passed us.
