The Most Wonderful Time of The Year

I love the New Year and I had originally planned my first post of the year to be a recap of 2008 and an update on the $32,000.00 challenge, but two things changed my mind and those two things are inspiration and blog love. You Just Gotta Feel Good
2008-12-14 17:43:00 Today is the first day of my $32.000.00 dollar challenge and I have gotten off to an absolutely brilliant start. I was browsing MyBlogLog this morning and at the third blog I visited searching under ‘self help’ there was a video entitled ‘Validation’ and the blogger that posted it GiGi dared viewers to watch the video without smiling at least once. So with my best poker face on I attempted to watch said video without cracking a smile.I lasted about 20 seconds by which time I was laughing all over my face and leaning back into my chair to get more comfortable in order to watch the rest of the video. My Reiki Experience

Cleanse Your Body With Your Thoughts

My Mind Movie Results
2008-11-20 13:50:00 During the month of September some of you may remember I conducted a 30-day experiment using Ryan Higgins’ Mind Movie s. If you did not read that post you can check it out Here! During the trial which turned out to be seven weeks instead of four, I watched both mind movies on my cell phone twice a day. The first thing that came to mind after reading shirl’s post was a situation that a friend of mine used to face many years ago. For the sake of privacy we will call my friend Sally, now Sally is black and so is her husband and they have two beautiful daughters. Sally’s husband is a very light skinned man and consequently so are the two girls, so because Sally is a dark skinned woman when she was out with her daughters she was often stared at and once someone even spat at her because they thought that the girls father was white.
