My last post on "natural cure social anxiety" received many compliments so I thought I would treat you to another beautiful photograph. This time Glencar Waterfall in Lovely Leitrim, a county in Ireland. This is a place made famous by William Butler Yeats which he mentions in his poem "The Stolen Child". There is a lovely walk that takes in this view of the waterfall. If you stop and watch the waterfall you cannot but be taken in by its hypnotic qualities. Here again nature provides some soothing relief for the anxious and troubled mind. If you ever visit Ireland take a visit to this beautiful and natural healing place. In the meantime enjoy the photograph provided compliments of pdphoto.orgI will share with you the first verse of Yeats lovely poem "The Stolen Child"Where dips the rocky highlandOf Sleuth Wood in the lake,There lies a leafy islandWhere flapping herons wakeThe drowsy water-rats.There we've hid our fairy vatsFull of berries,And of reddest stolen cherries.Come away, O...

One Move (TM) Technique - Joe Barry & Panic
2007-03-06 00:32:00
Joe Barr y is a former sufferer of anxiety and panic attacks. He knows what it is to suffer a severe panic attack. He tried many various treatments to try and overcome his condition. Having worked out what cured his symptoms he developed a completely natural approach to eliminating anxiety and panic attacks. This revolutionary technique is now taught by Joe. It is now known as the One Move (TM) technique. It is an advanced cognitive technique born from traditional psychology practices. The bottom line is that it works. An eminent Consultant Psychiatrist Dr. Alasdair MacDonald said of Joe's approach "you express a lot of the current ideas very clearly and I like your approach to finding what works for individuals. I also like your style of writing which I think has the potential to encourage and empower clients to tackle the situation themselves" To read what others are saying about Joe Barry and his revolutionary technique. Natural Cure Social Anxiety
2007-03-04 15:46:00
One natural cure social anxiety and other stresses is regular brisk walks in the countryside or near the seashore. After a stressful day nothing works better for me. Below is a particularly beautiful place for such a walk. The sheer scale and beauty of the scenery is overwhelming. The photograph below was taken of the Slieve League cliff face in County Donegal on the West Coast of Ireland. This coast line boasts particularly dramatic scenery. The raging Atlantic ocean has taken its toll over the generations. Can you imagine what it feels like to stand on this cliff top looking out to sea with the winding blowing through your hair and the taste of salty sea spray on your lips. (2000ft drop to the ocean - awesome) I have done it! It is a truley amazing experience. You cannot but be touched by the nature and its beauty. Stress and anxiety just evaporate. You walk away exhilarated.Photograph compliments of http://pdphoto.orgTake a moment and visualize standing at the highest point looki...

Anxiety on the Markets
2007-03-03 23:58:00
Tumbling prices on the market this week brought out a sweat, not to mention palpitations in many investors. The Dow was down 4%, the Nasdaq fell almost 6% and S&P slipped 4.4%. It was hard to believe that the Nasdaq dropped to 9/11 2001 levels. Probably good enough reason to experience a panic attack. Maybe sales of seredyn will increase on the back of all this and prove a good investment. Who knows what next week holds.

Deborah Jean Palfey Causes Panic in Washington
2007-03-03 23:49:00
Rumour has it that there is a major outbreak of "panic attack" in Wash ington this week. Many display symptoms such as sweating, trembling, shortness of breadth and nausia. Medical sources indicate that initial investigations show that the typical sufferer is male and has come into contact with the Deborah Jean Palfey "escort service". Could a clue to this outbreak of "panic attacks" lie in the fact that Deborahs 10,000 strong client list may find its way in to the public domain shortly? If so, I would forecast that this outbreak could run for a while and may intensify as wives in the leafy suburbs of Virginia and Maryland get hold of the list. - wicked humour

How to help someone with social anxiety disorder - panic attacks
2007-02-25 13:04:00
How to help someone with social anxiety disorder is a question often asked. In my post here I will provide some suggestions. Assuming you have identified anxiety symptoms in a friend or colleague you can provide enormous support and assistance. If you have access to professional advice I recommend you consult with them on how best to proceed. If this is not possible you can try the following. Firstly, have a candid discussion at a suitable time and place with the person and express your concern about their well being. It may take some prompting to get the person to engage in the conversation with you. The problem with social anxiety disorder is that it often brings with it feelings of guilt, shame and low self esteem. Assure the person that it is out of genuine concern and a wish to help that you are having this conversation. It is important that you are sympathetic and understanding. Pick your words carefully. Don't make the person feel any more self concious or anxious than they ...
