Having attempted to railroad me into shutting up about the fact they ended the lives and compromised the care of patients on Ward 87 City General Hospital, they progressed to spread rubbish rumours about me throughout the medical profession and to the GMC not to mention their little memos to the Department of Health. Even to this day nearly 10 years on they still continue to attempt this bully boy tactics assuming that I am going to bow down to their little lawyers. Of course, I am not that meek little junior doctor anymore. Quite frankly I don't give a flying f***** about their pathetic lawyers or them. £75,000 for 90 Deaths
2008-01-25 08:26:00 No money for the patients or doctors but a big payout for chief executives. The story in the Telegraph today tells us about a rich chief executive. Basically, the law according to the NHS at present is this - the more patients that are killed, the biggest payout there is. Of course, 90 is the figure they all tell us about. I am sure there are more deaths at superbug county. I though have a better idea for these managers. He famously walked out of Sushant Varma's GMC hearing midway hand in hand with Mary O Rourke. It is the only publication to have supported junior doctors [apart from me of course :)) but I have valued the inspiration it has given to many doctors who come through NHS Exposed. The petition below should be passed around to everyone you know to sign the petition. The work HD has done for the MMC issue and junior doctors has been amazing. In addition, the last year has seen its editor improve the magazine to something that is quite excellent. The problem with backstabbing is that the people you can't trust are your own friends on msbp. I find the material said behind the backs of some cases featured in the media astounding. Then Penny Mellor's friend is the most intriguing in terms of information provision. Then the entire of Mellor's camp leaks like a sieve even her medical data. Well, thats an interesting accolade after purposely ensuring the deaths on Ward 87 North Staffordshire NHS Trust were concealed from the public's eye. So basically, in this country you get a Knighthood for effectively ignoring patient deaths and patient neglect. In addition, you get a Knighthood on messing up the research on two studies at North Staffordshire NHS Trust. One related to me and the other related to David Southall. And that in a nutshell is what Professor Rod Griffiths did. For that he got his Knighthood and his pension. Does any body care about the patients who died on Ward 87? Also she is responsible for failing to moderate hate material against paediatricians. DETERMINED CAMPAIGN TO DENY REALITY OF CHILD ABUSE

I am going to qualify this statement by saying this - Penny Mellor and Brian Morgan have categorically harassed David Southall for the last 10 years. This harassment extends to anyone who has written positive material about Dr Southall. The harassment has come in the form of 1. Abusive emails2. Abusive blogs3. Abusive statements on websites 4. Repeated complaints to the GMC, other organisations, not to mention the BPS in the case of Lisa Blakemore Brown. Both Brian Morgan and Paul Healthcote have been reported to the police. GMC SHOWS "DEEP SEATED ATTITUDINAL PROBLEM"
2007-12-05 05:33:00 THE GMC DRAG QUEEN - ITS ALL FOR SHOWI believe if the world does not agree with the GMC, they say the following "Chairman Dr Jacqueline Mitton told Dr Southall: "The panel has concluded that you have deep-seated attitudinal problems and that your misconduct is so serious that it is fundamentally incompatible with your continuing to be a registered medical practitioner."This is the same thing the panel told Dr S Vaidya when he had his hearing - or shall we say the GMC held his hearing without him being present. Dr Vaidya of course appealed as he does, won at appeal and returned back on the register showing the GMC that they are actually full of c**** at the best of times. Anyway, Vaidya kicked the GMC's backside in the High Court while winning his appeal. He has returned to the GMC for sanctions. THE WAR HAS JUST BEGUN - GMC v SOUTHALL
2007-12-04 18:24:00 GMC v SOUTHALL - THE WAR IS ABOUT TO BEGIN Dr David Southall was struck off today. Well, now his harassers can go away and lead their empty little lives. Southall will be back to fight the GMC at an appeal in the High Court. Well done to Southall who is clearly a fighter and one who stands by his principles. The verdict was made by a trivial regulatory body. It was a mere formality as no one expected the GMC to rule any differently. Abusers don't rule differently after all. The GMC should be shut down. We all know that. I certainly don't recognise the GMC's competence to make a judgment on this case. Then I have never recognised the GMC's authority. You would think they could strike a doctor off on some decent allegations but unfortunately they have never been able to do so. While the msbp campaign group can crow in victory - the appeal will wipe the smile off their faces soon enough much like it did for Roy Meadow. Temporary victories never remain in history. As for Scientology...
