Sit comfortably with your back supported against the back of the chair, your feet firmly on the ground and your hands and arms open and relaxed and supported by arm rests. With a deep breath in, raise the shoulders towards the ears and hold them raised for a few seconds, now take a long slow breath out and drop the shoulders down. (repeat several times) Now lift your right shoulder and slowly pop it backwards several times, ensuring that the arms are kept loose and relaxed. Repeat the exercise with the left shoulder.
