In response to you, Mr. Hoser, all I have to ask is simply, how much credit can we give someone who admits he knows nothing about the Libby case and yet blogs about it?  When making accusations and bold statements as you so often do, credibility is very important in getting people to buy your story. I mean, thats like someone bloging about a movie he hasn’t even seen. Oh, wait. And in response to your “no profession seems more corrupt than Capitol Hill” statement, I will have to say that if you remember your civics class, the White House excercise of its pardon power has nothing to do with the legislative branch. Maybe you should have paid more attention in class that day. Oh, wait, you’re Canadian. Finally, I am hoping that instead of just accepting what the Bush Administration does you should not remain indifferent or apathetic about what is happening in this country, and actually care. I find it extremely perplexing that my liberal friends are saying: “you hear about Bush?” “what about him?” “pardoned Libby!!!!” “you’re surprised?” I mean, wtf? After all the things that have gone wrong with the Bush administration (see my old blog to find out more specifically what I mean), you’re telling me that you actually thought this was beyond them? I had one friend say, “surprised by such fragrant violation of the law?” As if “the law” is really going to get in the way of George W. Bush? Anyone who knows me well will tell you that I have a penchant for gadgets, electronic devices, and spending money. I have owned 5 cell phones in 6 years (I just counted that, and even I shocked by the number now that I think about it), and purchased and returned 2 others (Blackberry and MotoQ). Naturally, all the hype and speculation of an Apple iPhone being released had me in a tizzy - I was like a kid in a candy store, I was like that big fat German kid in Willie Wonka who loved to eat ze chocolat so much he alvays had it on his face. I was so giddy!
