Back by popular demand its the Passi onate America Podcast #102. Wild Bill and Big Mike discuss getting rear ended by an illegal alien on a trip to Texas and winning the lottery. Update: The podcast seems to be working just fine, however podpress is messing up to layout of my theme on the post page. I am working to try and get the problem fixed. Hope to have it fixed soon. Update #2: Alright I got it fixed! Looks like the podpress and diggIT plugins do not play nice together. I have removed the diggIT plugin (Have not really been using it anyway.) If you have podpress installed on you blog and you are using the diggIT plugin you might want to check if the 2 plugins are messing each other up.

Podcasting Tonight I’m so excited, I’ll be recording a podcast tonight (keep your fingers crossed.) I was going to be live on Wide Awakes Radio tonight but the stream is offline at this time, so instead me and Big Mike will try to record a podcast. I say try because it has been a while and I am not sure 100% that Big Mike can make it. Anyway I excited just about the thought of getting back to podcasting. Keep your fingers crossed that everything goes right and if it does I’ll have a new podcast up here tomorrow. More information to come.

My great friend and blogging buddy Justin from Right On The Right is trying to raise money so that we can go to the Gathering Of Eagles 3 on September 15th, 2007 in Washington DC. We will be standing up against A.N.S.W.E.R. on September 15th and countering their anti-war protest. We will be blogging the event and have lots of pictures to share with you. I hope to see you there, but before I can make it to GOE 3 I need your help. I can really use your donation for the trip to DC. Any donation big or small will help. I really hope I can join Justin in DC. It will be my first time to Washington and will be a great opportunity for me to get a break from being a 24/7 stay-at-home dad. My brother Big Mike left a voice mail on my cell phone and told me that there is a Star Wars R2D2 Mailbox at one of the post offices near our house. Well that will not stand. First they replace mailboxes with droids, then whats next, people? I loaded up the family and headed out to destroy the R2D2 mailbox. More pictures… My idea was to have my 3 year old son sit on the R2D2 mailbox, crushing it with his weight, while I made funny faces and pointed at it until it ran away. Nothing we tried worked, R2D2 was not afraid of us. Hell if the little trashcan is not freaked out by Yoda’s pointy green ears and Frank Oz like voice then why did I think I could strike fear in his transistor heart?
