Here's another of H2girl's exotic haul (other one is the Exotic Cartoon Firebird), the classic Speedy in ostrich leather. Personally, I really love bags in ostrich coz it looks so exotic and I dunno, it just makes me feel so special and one of a kind. Here's H2girl's Ostrich Speedy (take note of the metal thingy spelled as Speedy, that's so redundant!)Overall rating, 8/10. I just don't like the metal thingy 'coz it makes the bag look like a car. Anyway, the bag doesn't look like a typical Speedy at all because of the frame but it's ok, it makes the bag more special. Giorgio Armani has just released their Pre-Fall 2008 Ad Campaign featuring Chinese top model Du Juan. The ad has this 90's vibe into it; the hair, clothes, lighting. The blur makes it so ambiguous, so chic and really reminds me of the sci-fi movie 2046. You may remember my post about Louis Vuitton Monogram Motard Collection wherein the Firebird is shown. I've been reading ThePurseForum and I happen to bump into The Firebird Club. Members of this club are owners of the gorgeous Firebird bag and there are really few of them 'coz the bag is hard to find and quite expensive. I thought that a Firebird has only come in one color scheme; the yellow-brown-red which is also known as the Neon but I was wrong, there's another color scheme that was made and it was shown in Louis Vuitton's fashion show (too bad, I haven't seen it). They're saying that the catalog is free if you buy something from an LV store but other Sales Associates charge it for a few bucks if you just browse there and buy nothing. That's what I hate about SAs, they have the power to give you something for free or with charge; I hate sucking up to them but I have no choice, I want some stuff free!
