before sleeping, or the nights i cant sleep, at bed, i imagine myself doing great stuff, im like very optimistic about the future, about having like a beautiful wife, blah blah blah, but at day its all fucked up, i get very pessimistic.. like all day.. damn i think im bipolar.. some times i feel like "damn im going to make this" and other times like "no, its impossible", theres times when i sleep so much like all day and times when i just cant freaking sleep.. when im in a group of friends i feel like i need to talk or i get kind of depressed or mad Wasn't Albert Enstein Bi-Polar? A central New York man was sentenced Thursday for installing hidden cameras in his tenants' apartments so he could spy on them while they had sex.Patrick Kaiser, 49, of Oneida, was sentenced to two to six years in state prison. So I get my Emoptional health newsletter in email today. The title of todays newsletter is "Help for Kids With Bipolar " . So I open it up and expect to read a nugget of valuable information with links to more resources. I do get that stuff but I also get an ad at the bottom asking if I'm "confused about calcium".Yes I am confused about calcium. I am also confused about you asking me if I am confused about calcium. Shouldn't the Doctors and Shrinks who write the newsletter understand that the core crowd that has Bipolar is confused...about a lot of stuff. Everything confuses me. Why would calcium be any different. Please I did not intend to use the ter, "Shrink" as a derogatory comment. I used the word shring because it is a lot shorter to type in as compared to typing in Psychologist Or Psychiatrist.
