Il nostro Steve -O, dopo essere entrato nel programma di riabilitazione dalla droga, è stato ora trasferito in un centro psichiatrico dell'ospedale Cedars-Sinai di Los Angeles.Nel suo sito ufficiale scrive: "Torno al manicomio per far tornar in riga tutta questa situazione di m**da. Il nostro Steve -O, ha fatto una breve apparizione in tribunale mercoledì 23 Aprile 2008 per difendersi dall' accusa di possesso di droga. Era stato accusato di possesso di cocaina il 3 Marzo 2008 e fu arrestato per vandalismo nel condominio in cui abita a Los Angeles.
