Actually the streamyx technician did come over to my house in KL to send in the replacement modem, but the problem is, they did not even bother to call before coming. They got there .. called my wife .. saying that he sudah terpacak depan gate and there's nobody at home. We already informed earlier the time we are available. At least call first. And we have to follow up on everything.By the way, you may asked, no beruk band but still can update this blog. Ahaa... that what I learned at the Jedi Academy. Ha..ha.. well I got a backup line. Not as good as streamyx (but streamyx speed is also not consistent) but still better than dial up. It's none other than the Yellow Man.Anyway, back to ketidak-puasan-hati story. Not only we are charged for the monthly fee for the internet access but we are also forced to pay for the line renting cost even though we have no plans to use the fixed phone line.
