Windows XP Pro and Home contains icons for folders and files that cannot normally be seen, you can select to view hidden files from the folder options menu, but there are still some that remain hidden. You can set windows to view these files as normal hidden files, so that when you use the view hidden files and folders toggle from the folder options menu that these will be turned on/off along with the normal hidden files. These files are usually system files and should not be altered/deleted unless you really know what you are doing, if you don't yet still wish to change them I might suggest that you create back-ups of your system first. Blogger Beta provides an easy way to create link lists even for those who don't know HTML. But, there is no such functionality for drop-down menus. I found an interface, similar to that of Beta, with which you can easily create drop-down menus and add them to your blog with one-click!Just goto Drop -down menu creator page and add your menu items one by one by providing a name and URL for each item.:) The updated menu will be shown to you. Once you are happy with the menu that you created, Click the button to add it to your blog.
