Hide ho! Ok, I have been short changing most of you guys on my posts, but I promise after the 15th, I will get posts out here on a almost daily basis. I do have a good post in the works, but I will take me a bit to get going. I'm sure that you will either like it or use it. Truely, I have nothing for this post, so I feel slightly bad. Hey, how go it people. I know I have been kinda gone for a little while. I think it's because of the low hits a day that I get. (but thank you guys) Actually, I am not giving up JAKKAR.com. Just in case you were wondering. It is just a simple fact that I don't have the time at the current moment. I'm studying for my comprehensive finals for my master's degree. And since the money is out of my pocket, I wanna pass it. I wish I did have more for you guys, it always makes me happy to see people actually willing to come to my site and read the latest bit of news, and/or tips for the beginner webmaster/blogger. Trust me, I have many ideas to share and always looking for input from you guys for any ideas. I will start adding in a normal login section. DUHHH! Well once again I have done not the unthinkable, but the non-thinkable. In other words, I is so goofed yet again. After the site's traffic dropped down to ZERO for a few days, I decided to check up on this and found out that the server site had shut JAKKAR.COM down due to lack of payment. This is why I Beg you guys for any contributions. So after quickly writting a check to them, they were courteous enough to turn the site back on... Yet again there is another thing that all newbies should be on the lookout for. I would say that probably the best thing to do is see if your provider has some form of auto payment option that you can setup. This way all you have to do is budget the amount in a monthly form, and the payment would be automatically drawn out of your account. This will save you on many headaches like finding your site gone again.if your provider does not support this, then try and set something up with your bank that can simulate this on your end. Ok, It's been a while since I have posted anything, unfortunately, time has been against me. Also I am looking into switching blog software /hosting. I have been hearing some pretty good things about WordPress. This blog is ran off of Google's Blogger, but they do not support categories. This will be a severe drawback for Jakkar.com. And from what I have heard, WordPress would allow to have categories that are configurable. This way I would have more flexibility with this site. If anyone else knows of any other blogger tools that would be worthwhile to look into, please reply and let others know of it.

Hmm, I guess I should of expected this at one time or another but it still hits you when you see it. Ok, lets go over this real quick: First, jakkar.com is a "web site" {duhh} so, what else resides on the web? That's right, hackers. So while I was looking through some logs I found out how some of the people were getting to my site. Very interesting. Now like the name states "Jakkar.com: The New Kid in Town" I am new to half of this kind of crap. So I have little to no idea as what exactly these people were trying out. I hope that maybe some of you guys could help me out here.- Weird hack #1- Weird hack #2The two links mentioned above seem to be able to go through my site, and do a number of things (I think) So Help us newbies out here! Sorry that I've been gone awhile, but between lack of connectivity, homework, work-work, I've just been too tired to really get into the whole "update your website" thing. I know that is what I usually preach, but I also believe in the joys of slacking when possible. Of course I would also like to mention that the fireworks thing went through very nicely! Actually, it was a little TOO nice. I ended up with over 10,000 hits from fark.com alone!! So naturally, the server company bitched about the bandwidth that I was using up. So I told them that I will forgive them frying the hard-drives that my site resided on, if they forgive this little hiccup in traffic.-I think they agreed.Anywho, other than that, I will try to come up with some interesting topics for you newbies at heart. Thompson's Station Fireworks

Fourth of July has come at last! "Wow" is about all I can say about the night. The whole area was lit up with fireworks! In almost any direction you looked, there was something going on. But the main event took place at the end of my cul-de-sac. These guys had a show that would blow you away! Don't get me wrong, last nights dispaly wasn't shabby at all. But this was just plain old mind-blowing!! These guys pulled out all of the stops and went for broke! (which they probably are now, considering how much they had to of spent!) They had it so professional looking, that you would almost expect to have the fire dept right around the corner on stand-by.The area was packed with family and friends all across the lawns with their chairs and glow-sticks. And everyone seemed to be happy even before the show started. But at around 9pm, the music started followed by a volcano of eruptions with streams of fireworks shooting into the air. Ok, I will admit that I have slipped a little bit and took the weekend off. Ok, my bad. However, I do promise that next week will have more to it. Including the fireworks live feed on Monday and a new "review" section of other newbie sites. I figured what the heck! Ok, the title describes what I DO NOT have. (see image) But with hopes and some dreams I will get there. Well believe it or not I have actually double my income from last month with AdSense. Yes, last month was $0.64.. Please let me know when it seems too pityful. But let's place it this way double each month, and do the math: May: $0.64 June: $1.27 July: $2.54 August: $5.08September: $10.16 October: $20.32November: $40.64December: $81.23Man, by then end of the year, I'll be bringing in $80 a month! hmm maybe this wasn't the best example.
