Stimulus Plan (Checks Will Be In The Mail Starting In May)
2008-03-18 08:03:00 Finally!!! I must admit I am waiting for this stimulus plan, as if I was waiting to get a loft of bread in a third world country. No, seriously, this has to be one of the most ridicules or interesting things, Bush administration has ever done. Personally, I think this is smart and at the same time a dumb idea. Why smart? Well, by giving us free checks in the mail, we will start believing that he is a good president. However, we know exactly what kind of president he is, do we not? Why is it a dumb idea? Goodness, I can probably name a few reasons, but I wont. One reason that this is a dumb idea is because; I am not going to mall hop. I am going to save it and let the interests grow. Moreover, looking at our economy now, I can truly say we are not doing to well. My stimulus check will go towards paying my bills. Will save you time to do something more fulfilling in your life and in the process help, you enjoy your hard earned money. You can even relax while reading a book. Relaxing with a person you care about can be beneficial in the end as well. I threw away the television and I have never felt better then I do now. I am not trying to keep you away from the television. I am simply saying that watching it more than a few hours a week can take time away from your busy schedule. Internet Neutrality (What Are We Going To Do?)
2008-03-05 22:14:00 Wow! I just viewed a clip about the Internet on Youtube. The video clip made me aggravated. I am not sure what I can do about this particular situation. However, I will be doing whatever I can, in order to help keep the internet from reaching neutrality from wicked, hungry fools who?s only goal is to take our freedom... The clip covers the net neutrality and what it will mean years from now. Big companies like: AT&T, Comcast and other big players in the media market today. Would be able to control what we view on the Internet. This cannot continue. Internet is the only last surviving tool we have in order to communicate with one another and the only tool we have for truth and knowledge. If this is taken away, we lose our freedom.
