Drawing will be held Friday, September 1st. On her blog No Rules. Just Write., Brenda Coulter posted about a new game for bloggers. It was introduced by Philip Lenssen and it’s called The Blog Surpise. This is really cool and a lot of fun. When someone introduces a new blog, other bloggers ‘surprise’ them with welcoming posts. Lenssen also has Forty Faces: Who Just Blogged? Check it out if you’re looking for new blogs to read. Here in Florida, we are in the midst of summer. It gets up to 90° before 10:00 in the morning and it stays there until sometimes after 9:00 that night. While I wouldn’t move somewhere else – I REALLY dislike cold weather – during this time of the year, a really good cold front would be nice. 2006-07-26 16:19:00 Okay, I’ve updated my blog. Tell me what you think. On the left you can subscribe to the blog via email or one of the other accounts. Check it out. You’ll never miss a new posting. On the right I’m adding blogs that I read regularly or that I think are pretty cool. If you’re interested in having your blog listed email me and I’ll check out your site. I have several duplicate books that I will be giving away beginning August 1st. All you’ll have to do is leave a comment on the drawing post and I’ll have a drawing – probably once a month or so until I’ve given away all of the duplicates. I'm Back!!
2006-07-24 17:29:00 We had a wonderful - if quiet - time! Dropped the kiddos off at my mom's house and headed out. Saw two movies - Click and The Lake House. Both were very good, but I have to say I LOVED The Lake House. I really enjoy Keanu Reeves, but this was more of a drama movie than an action movie. Even hubby liked it.Now, I REALLY have to get focused on this Old West story. Coming up with a title would be good, but finishing it would be even better. More About: Back 1, 2, 3 |
