Unfortunately we have plenty of examples of monstrosities happening around the globe: fathers who rape, enslave and sell their daughters, or mutilate their genitals; twelve or thirteen year old teenagers who intimidate and sexually abuse pre-school children; old men who mistreat their young wives from poor countries because they believe it is their right to do so; women-trafficking not only by criminals but also condoned by distinguished and treasured men of high society; paedophilia on the Internet and within the Catholic Church; mistrust from children towards their own step-mother / father; the universal and too common heart-breaking tragedy of nice and bright citizens falling into addiction, losing their grip on their own existence; and so forth.
