ResourcexInvestor.com is a news and information site with a PHP driven content management solution in the back end that is unsatisfactory for the requirements of the site and its administrators and editors. We are seeking a multi-talented individual to provide/oversee both a redesign of the front end site, graphics and functionality, as well as repair and improve the back end content management interface. The successful candidate will be able to oversee or undertake the redesign process, and should be able to provide documentation on an ongoing basis ahead of feature implementations so non-technical management can assess, prioritize, and approve dates and rollouts.
