PayPerPlay - Waiting for New Stats
2008-01-28 18:55:00 As you may know, I´ve created a publisher account on NetAudioAds at the beginning of January. I regulary check my stats, which show me how much views my blog and my referral´s blogs/sites generate. Although Pay-Per-Play, the new advertising system that delivers audio ads, is still in its beta phase, statistics were already counted. So far I´ve personally referred 2 other people who generated over 500 pageviews this month. But since some days the stats were down and didn´t count a single view. My stats are sticking around 1500 views for the month January. But the company promises to get their database up and running until tonight. I´m really interested to see my new statistics. Btw, those views are really impressive in my opinion, especially when you consider that (nearly) every pageview will bring you commissions for audio ads played on your site. With 1500 views, each audio ad worth $0.02 (estimated) and 25% commissions, I would have earned $7.50 (if each single view would coun... More About: Stats , Waiting

Adbux back - Bux.to Payment Problems
2008-01-26 13:58:00 AdbuxLast Tuesday I told you that Adbux is down and many people, especially from the Bux.to forum, made their jokes and thought they will never come back. It turned out that they are not scamming its users for the moment, because they are back. They resolved their problems with the hoster Aplus. You can visit Adbux as normal, everything is fine for now.Bux.toSince some days there were some problems regarding payments via Paypal. It seems Paypal doesn´t like PTC sites and so they stopped the business with Bux.to some days ago (as with many other PTC sites in these days). This doesn´t mean you won´t get paid to your Paypal account, that´s the same as usual. But you can´t do any payments via Paypal like upgrading to a premium membership or buying referral packs. At the moment Alertpay is the only option. But they are searching for a solution. I repeat, payments arrive as usual via Paypal!Have a nice weekend!Querblogger More About: Back , Problems , Payment

I made my first 20 Bucks with PayPerPost!
2008-01-24 17:12:00 This info comes a bit late, but anyway, I´m happy to tell you that my first sponsored post from PayPerPost got approved. I made $20 (as every new member will get for the first post) and I´m really happy with it.But it wasn´t that easy to get my approval. Actually the post got rejected before. I got a mail saying that the PPP team had to reject my submitted post because I´ve already written another sponsored one just before. The preceding article was about Pay-Per-Play and it wasn´t a sponsored one.So I wrote a kindly mail to the PPP support and got a response within hours. They apologized for accidentaly rejecting my post and approved it later. I just want to mention that here, because the support is really great, friendly people and fast responses!Bye,Querblogger More About: Payperpost , Made , Bucks

Adbux is down...
2008-01-22 20:15:00 ... at least for the moment.Currently there are many rumors on different forums and blogs, because Adbux, a nice PTC site where you can earn by clicking ads and doing free and trial offers, is down. Many people think that the Adbux team turns out to be scammers, especially members on Bux.to do some heavy discussions about that topic. Both mentioned PTC sites have a bad relationship since Adbux suspected Bux.to for stealing their website script. On the other side the Bux.to members suspect the owner of Adbux to be a big scammer, namely Chad French, who already scammed his members on Netbux (another PTC site that´s now down). There is a nice article on MrGPT about this topic.Personally I don´t see it a such a bad sign if a web server fails for some days. Usually this happens if there´s a too high load on the CPU and databases (or on bad web hosts), which in turn means there are a lot of visitors. Sure, on the first sight and with those infos about Chad French in mind, one would fear...

I broke even on Bux.to investment!
2008-01-21 21:21:00 As you may know, I have bought 15 referrals for Bux.to on January 10th. I invested $16.98 for getting my 15 fresh referrals. Today, after only 11 days, I broke even because my referrals clicked a lot on all those daily ads Bux.to provides. On average I made around $1.50 per day from these 15 referrals and from now on I´ll see profits, at least theoretical profits, because I´m still a bit sceptical if they will really pay. I´ve requested a cashout some days ago because I reached the $10 minimum payout level, but I have to wait until April to receive the money on my Paypal account. This is a very long time in my opinion, so I can only hope the best and trust all those members who got paid so far (at least they say it).I´m trying to apply for a premium membership this week as they will create a special offer (hopefully at a lower price than $59). After upgrading you´ll receive a lot of benefits, increased earnings (25% more), more ads to click on and, probably the best thing, prior... More About: Investment
How to become an eBay.com affiliate?
2008-01-21 18:41:00 I´m currently gaining some information about different affiliate programs and networks. I also try to find out more about building niche websites and stores to make money from them (from what I´ve heard, it´s possible to make some hundred bucks each month). So I came across a nice website script called BANS, the short form of Build A Niche Store.BANS enables you to set up an ebay niche store, you simply pick a category for products you would like to sell and the script generates your website store based on the template you choose. The script has got many good reviews from even well-known bloggers and it seems it´s worth the $97 you have to pay for it.But that isn´t the problem here.In order to use the script effectively, you have to be an ebay affiliate. That doesn´t seem to be a big problem as many countries, where you can access ebay, have such a program. But it IS a problem if you want to apply for the US-based program! Actually BANS requires you to have either a US-, UK-, ... More About: Affiliate , Ebay
I Got Approved On PayPerPost!
2008-01-17 20:40:00 In one of my last posts I mentioned that I´ve signed up for different programs that pay you for doing some sponsored postings on your blog. So today I got approved on PayPerPost and this is my first sponsored post worth $20, really nice! Yes, you read correctly, PayPerPost pays you just for writing about them. Immediately after your blog´s approval you´ll get the first opportunity. It´s very easy to submit your blog for an approval, you must provide the blog´s title, URL, some tags and a description. You must also meet some minimum requirements for your blog, for example it should be at least 3 month old. After you´ve done that (and you got approved), you can login to the PayPerPost dashboard, where you can see your current earnings or open opportunities to write about. It looks really good in my opinion and it´s clearly structured, they also offer a nice Firefox plug-in to make it even easier for you to check your stats.I hope I´ll get some good writing opportunities forwit... Pay-Per-Play mentioned in The Wall Street Journal!
2008-01-16 19:44:00 The new upcoming advertising company NetAudioAds, that wants to revolutionize the market with audio ads (Pay-Per-Play ), was just mentioned in the Wall Street Journal (besides some other ways for monetizing a blog). It´s really nice to see how much buzz they are generating, according to their latest blog post, they already have "24,000 core affiliate partners who were responsible for bringing on over 9,000,000 websites between December 6th and today", amazing! Definitely a reason to feature them on WSJ! I´m really curios about their starting on February 1st, feel free to join now as long as their affiliate program is open!Bye,Querblogger
Sponsored Posts - Let´s Get Started!
2008-01-16 19:07:00 As you may have already heared about, it is possible to earn some nice extra cash from sponsored posts or reviews. You simply write about a companies product or website and get paid for that article anywhere from $5 to $500 (if you have a really great and popular blog ;) I´ve already written about 3 nice programs that pay you for writing sponsored posts and reviews. Feel free to get some more info there. So today I´ve joined 3 programs, PayPerPost, ReviewMe and Blogitive. Actually my blog is now over three month old and I´m therefore able to submit it for approval on those sites (those three month are minimum requirements), so I thought "why not?" and submitted it. At the moment I´m waiting for approval and I hope that my blog won´t be rejected.I´m also hoping to see my earnings increasing, I´ve only two and a half month left to reach my goal in earning $100. It would be nice if get some tasks within the next weeks! If I get approved on PayPerPost I´ll immediately get my firs... More About: Sponsored , Posts
First Statistics from Pay-Per-Play
2008-01-14 19:41:00 The last days I´ve received my first statistics from NetAudioAds, the company that wants to revolutionize the online advertising market, you can see a short review in my post about Pay-Per-Play .So far my blog generated around 140 site impressions (which will be audio ads later on) and I have one referral in my downline (thank you!) which brought me another 50 views. But those ads aren´t currently played, because the program is still in beta, it´s only for testing purposes. But on February 1st they will go live and play those ads (I´m really interested in the ads content). And I think after some time we´ll also see how much each of those ads is really worth, for now it is estimated an average of $0.01 to $.03 per ad (and the ad publisher will get 25% from it).Feel free to join NetAudioAds (especially if you want to help me , no just kidding ;). Until February 1st you also have the chance to refer your friends before they close the doors for their affiliate program (notice, you´... More About: Statistics
Subvert and Profit - First Referral Comissions!
2008-01-14 19:30:00 So far I´ve referred 8 people to Subvert and Profit , the evil company that pays you for digging others stories. The last days I´ve seen that I got my first comissions from my referrals, but not very much, only $0.30 :) You´ll get 20% of your referral earnings, which means $0.10 per task (which is worth $0.50 each). Really nice :)But it gets even better. Starting on January 16th you´ll get $1.00 per assigned task (they double their payments), but only 10% from your referrals earnings (actually nothing will change, you´ll get your $0.10 anyway).I hope I can refer some of my readers, not only to make me rich hehe, but also because I can really suggest Subvert and Profit as an easy money resource (and btw, they really pay)!See you,Querblogger More About: Referral
Bux.to - Buying Referrals Update
2008-01-14 19:09:00 I just want to give you a short update on my progress with buying referrals for Bux.to! I´ve mentioned earlier that I made $3.69 for the first day after my purchase. Unfortunately I have no new statistics for today, but for the last 2 days. Two days ago I got $1.41 and yesterday I got $1.34 from my referrals clicks on ads. Added together it brings me to $6.44 within only 3 days and if you consider that I bought the 15 referral package for $16.98, I´ll break even soon and see real profits (at least in theory). But I also have some kind of "fear". I´m not 100% sure if Bux.to could be a scam site or not. My concerns are based on the long waiting time for cashouts from your account. At the moment you have to wait 60 business days (business means everything but weekends or holidays ;) to receive your money on your Paypal account. So today I´ve requested my first cashout ($12.71), and I´ll probably (and hopefully) see my money after around 3 month, which means in April :(But I´m look... More About: Buying , Update
Short Update on Buying Referrals for Bux.to
2008-01-11 20:06:00 As promised I want to tell you how how my test with buying referrals for Bux.to works so far.As you may have read earlier, I´ve just purchased a 15 referral package on Bux.to for $16.98 to see if it´ll pay off. I´ve received my referrals yesterday evening and today I´ve received my first stats about their activity, and I can only say it seems to work :)Those 15 referrals generated 209 clicks on advertisements which brought me (for $0.01 each) $2.09 within just one day! So there are only $14.89 left to break even and start to see some profits. I´m really interested in seeing how the click activity will be for the next days, if it stays nearly the same I´ll break even within about a week (which would be really awesome)!I´ll keep you informed about the further activities, also to help you in (maybe) making a descision whether or not to buy such a referral package on Bux.to by yourselfs.See you soon,QueerbloggerUpdate : I´ve just received new stats which say I´ve got 369 clicks ... Subvert and Profit Doubles Payments!
2008-01-10 20:27:00 Today I got totally amazed as I looked at the latest blog post from Subvert and Profit . Actually they will double the earnings for each assigned task you´ll receive from them. After January 16th you´ll get $1.00 per task instead of "only" $0.50, which is incredible in my opinion. They also alter the cost for advertiser from $1.00 to $2.00 per paid digg. The revenues from referrals will be the same although it´ll lower from 20 to 10%, but the earnings will double, so no problem from this site :)I´m really looking forward to earn even more with Subvert and Profit as it is one of the best apying programs out there (and they really pay you).Good Bye,Querblogger
Buying Referrals for Bux.to
2008-01-09 20:46:00 Today I will start a little test with the great Paid-to-Click site Bux.to, which is one of my best money makers. You may know that one could make some good money on PTC sites. The only secret behind it are (sometimes many) referrals. Most of these sites offer a referral program, it´s simple, you refer new members and get paid from what those people earn by clicking some ads.On Bux.to you get $0.01 for each single ad one of your referrals click. So, with usually around 15 daily ads (no joke, that´s what I get on a daily basis), you may get up to $0.15 from each of your referrals per day! So, the more you have, the more you´ll get (at least in theory, if not all of your refs are inactive or lazy ;).So today I thought "Why not buying some referrals and save some time (and really hard work) to get them ´normally´?" On Bux.to it´s really easy to buy referrals. They offer different referral packages ranging from 15 to 500 members. Actually you don´t have to wait for new members to ... More About: Buying
Get Ready for Pay-Per-Play!
2008-01-07 20:36:00 Today I want to introduce a brand-new way for you to earn some extra income from your blog or website. No, it isn´t just another Pay-Per-Click program I´ll talk about, it´s Pay-Per-Play , short audio ads that will bring you money!I´ve just discovered this new money making opportunity yesterday and I was very fascinated about it from the very first moment. I mean, the todays advertising market is totally over-saturated with textual advertisements (PPC) or banner ads, less and less people are really keeping an eye on it (some kind of ad "blindness" if you will). So why not use audio ads? It´s something new, something fresh in the online advertising market, that will likely attract many people (mainly because of that fact alone). Audio ads are easily rememberable, most times they are short and (probably the best thing) they don´t use any of your valuable space within your blog/website template. So I came across a company called NetAudioAds, that actually wants to be THE big audio a... Third Month Report!
2008-01-02 14:29:00 Welcome back my fellow readers! I wish you all a very happy new year 2008! I know I´m a bit late with this report, but holidays were busy times...Three month are over now and my blog is still on the way to get slightly more popular. Sure, it could be far better after three month (considering I´ve still a Pagerank of zero), but I think it needs time to evolve. I must admit I was a bit lazy last month, I´ve just posted around 10 articles, which isn´t enough for one month in my opinion, I hope this month it´ll be better.Currently I have an average of 25 to 30 unique visitors each day, with most of them coming from search engines like Google and other blogs or websites where I left a link to my blog. What keeps me wondering is my Pagerank which is still at zero, I think Google doesn´t really like my blog very much (maybe I got penalized with a zero rank even before even seeing a higher ranking, because my blog deals only about making money and that kind???). My Alexa ranking is do... More About: Report , Month
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
2007-12-24 11:58:00 No money-making post today, sorry. I think everybody should have at least some days to stay away from its daily work or even hobby to have some time for family and/or friends. Subvert and Profit - Minimum Payout Reached
2007-12-22 14:09:00 I just want to inform you that today I´ve reached the $10 minimum payout limit on Subvert and Profit . I´ve been a member there for around 2 month now, but these earnings were generated in around one and a half month.Subvert and Profit is basically a site that pays you for either digging other peoples stories or voting for those articles with StumbleUpon. You´ll get $0.50 for each task from them, with an average of 10 tasks per month. A bit evil, but easy money in my opinion, although I won´t suggest anybody doing this for the long term (you may get banned from Digg or StumbleUpon).I´ve just withdrew the $10 to my Paypal account and I´m currently waiting for the money to be send (it may take some days). I´ll inform you when I´ll get paid, so you can see that S&P isn´t a scam or that like.See you,QuerbloggerUpdate: I´ve received my $10 payment with PayPal one day after withdrawing my balance! Monetize Your Blog - Bidvertiser
2007-12-05 21:23:00 After my last article about Fair Ads Network I´ll now speak about Bidvertiser, another Pay-per-click advertising system you can use to promote your blog or website and to make money from showing those advertisements. The last days I was looking for more ways to monetize my blog or, in other words, to make a direct little income from my writings here. So far, the most time I´m involved with Get-Paid-To sites that make me some cents by clicking some ads or taking a free offer. But I thought it would be nice if I can generate some money directly from my blog content, so I´ve recently integrated an ad block from Bidvertiser in my left sidebar (I´m sure you´ll find it ;).Bidvertiser is an advertising system on a pay-per-click basis just like Google Adsense or the before mentioned Fair Ads Network. So basically, as an ad publisher you´ll place an ad block on your site and if any of your visitors clicks on of those ads, you´ll get paid. What distinguishs Bidvertiser from the other ad ... Monetize Your Blog - Fair Ads Network
2007-12-03 19:38:00 Today I want to talk about Fair Ads Network , a new contextual advertising program you can use to monetize your blog, make it more popular or even both!Fair Ads Network, from now on I´ll just call it FAN (not only because I´m a fan too;), is a fairly new company trying to compete with big ad publisher programs like Google Adsense or the Yahoo Publishing Network. It was founded by Kevin Lam and Konstantin Boyandin, two guys with big online marketing experience and an iron will to reach their personal goals (I really like that).Basically FAN is just like all the other publishing networks, you can use it to advertise your blog or to publish ads on your blog to make some money online. But there are some big differences to all the big advertising companies. First thing (the probably best in my opinion) is that you won´t get banned from their program, even if you click on your own ads. I won´t encourage anybody clicking their own ads, but from time to time it may happen that you accide... More About: Blog , Monetize
Second Month Report!
2007-11-30 18:52:00 November is over now and I´m happy to show you my second month report on my progress with the Making Money Experiment. Unfortunately I haven´t earned as much as in October, but I hope I managed to get my blog working better for me in the future, because I´ve done some promotion like building backlinks or advertising that´ll keep me getting more visitors and therefore more money. My Novembers progress was more characterized by promoting my blog than making money from it (nevertheless, I´ve earned some bucks ;). I also wanted to give my readers some more "eye-candy", so I ´ve developed a new blog design some days ago, because the old one was too ugly (yes, I really hated it :)Compared to my earnings in October, which were 18 Dollars, the November earnings are somewhat lower, I´ve only earned 13 Dollars. rssHugger - Promote Your RSS Feed
2007-11-28 22:34:00 Today I´ll give you some information about a nice service called rssHugger that´ll help you in promoting your RSS feed for getting more visitors to your blog.Yesterday my friend Midwest has already written a nice article about rssHugger, which remembered me to have a deeper look on this free service, because I´ve already heard about it some weeks ago but so far not realized how much it may help me in getting more visitors to my blog.Basically rssHugger will help you getting more exposure to your blog or website. The whole thing works like a viral marketing campaign, everybody can submit their blog to a huge Feed directory, which is actively promoted from even those people that submit their blogs there. Sounds a bit confusing? No problem, I´ll tell you more. You have to ways to submit your blog to the listings on rssHugger. How to Manage Your Ad Networks
2007-11-26 18:47:00 Today I´ll speak about 2 online services that enable you to manage your different ad networks on your site or blog. Both services are free and will help you to maximize your ad revenues. If you want to make money from your blog, it would be a good idea to place some advertisements on it. If one of your readers clicks on one of those ads, you´ll get revenues from some cents to even some dollars if you show profitable keywords. Besides Goolge Adsense, there are many different networks you can use to monetize your blog, be it Adbrite, AuctionAds, Yahoo Advertising etc...You could place a whole bunch of different ads on your blog to make some money from it. But the time will come where you´ll get into trouble managing all those networks. You´ll also want to know what performs best on your site or blog and brings you the highest earnings. My New Blog Design
2007-11-24 18:41:00 Today I´ve finally changed my blog´s template (as you may have seen ;-) from the old cluttered design to this one. I must admit, it took me more time than I first thought, but I hope you´ll like it anyway.Let me explain you some of the steps involved in doing this makeover. Maybe it will help you doing a redesign too, if you´re feeling your own blog doesn´t look too good (as my old design was). The first thing I´ve done was changing the template from a fluid width to a static width, optimized for screen resolutions from 1024x768 and above (notice, you can even watch this blog on lower resolutions, you only have to scroll a bit ;-) Therefore I´ve chosen the "Thisaway" template provided from Blog ger. But this template was only a 2 column one, but I wanted to have 3 columns to have more room for my links etc., so I asked Google how to change it. I found a nice blog that deals entirely with customizing Blogger blogs. With their help I managed it within minutes to have a nice 3 col... More About: Design
Free Webmaster Tools for Checking Your Blog
More articles from this author:2007-11-22 20:20:00 Because I´m currently working on a new blog design (you can see my work-in-progress here), I´ll also have to keep an eye on some search engine optimisations (SEO).Basically SEO can be divided into two categories, on-page optimisations and off-page ones. On-page optimisations for example include all work done at your blog´s Html code, e.g. setting right keywords an meta tags, validating Html and CSS code or tweaks to let your site content appear at the topmost position in your source code. Off-page optimisations for example include managing backlinks to your blog, choosing the right link texts and deep- and crosslinking your posts to get higher search engine rankings. The main goal for doing some SEO, is to increase your rankings in the search engine results pages (SERP) from well-know search engines like Google (let´s see how long they will be...) or Yahoo and MSN.So I thought to take a look especially on my off-page optimisations, including rankings in different search engines...
