People are always saying to do those squats and dead lifts using proper from, but I never see people saying to do those bicep curls using proper form.In my opinion, bicep curls are done incorrectly the most, out of all the exercises out there. Let's go have a good time and get laid!"Sadly, this is the common way of thinking for many teens and I don't see this thought process changing anytime soon.More and more teens every day decide to try things they would never normally try. From alcohol, to sex, to drugs. From never trying it, to using it on a regular basis is how it usually goes.Of course, there are many ways of keeping teens, young adults, and even children from experimenting with these dangerous substances and acts. Family sports, activities, and events are great anti-drugs as they are often advertised on the commercials. What's a surprise to be no surprise; Yes! A surprise to be no surprise, is that video games aren't any part of these anti-drug ads. When, in reality, they are a great part of a large communities anti-drug.From the age of 10, to the age I am today, I have been playing video games. I usually like to play the football games....

Texting drives me crazy, although I believe it's ok to text under certain circumstances. My belief is that many people abuse these circumstances.As more and more messages are sent throughout the world, 48.7 billion messages in 2005, it makes me wonder, does anyone have anything better to do?Do people not understand that texting is only for quick, short, important messages? Did you not realize the phone in itself, is actually telling you and others that texting is for short conversations? Hence, the few short template messages that come with it.
