It's a really dark & experimental theme made with a lot of love & some Freesounds, like always, but this one has been half made in Linux, half made with commercials, the results are really noiseous :DI've used sounds of xwitnessx, vitriolix, Anton, Babylon_Horuv and eliasheuninck (available at Freesound), and some samples by Telephone Toughguy (available at www.archive.org). I've realized a pair of Hip Hop beats these last months because I was very bored at home without an internet connection, so, I've decided to put my Linux to work, and the result has been a pair of un_strumental beats :)Even when they look a very simple tracks, I just want to say that these simple beats hide about 30 different tracks each one, my Linux was a bit overloaded, but, finally, I've been able to record them. They have a very deep and strong sound... # X3, THE FIRST PERLSSDJ'S VIDEO RELEASE These last days i've been working with some images and a song trying to create a small videoclip. The music is a house theme made under GNU/Linux, and the image mix has been made with some processed recordings made by Efren I ( photo director and friend ) and PerlssDj ( myself )...The quality is not the same as the one of The Lord of The Rings, but it's possible to watch it without stay blind... I suggest u download the DVD_ISO and burn it to a MiniDVD, because of the quality, but it's available on DivX and on a .3gp format ( mobile phones ) too, so, choose your favourite file and enjoy... allways, any of the formats is too much better than the preview...The sounds used 4 the audio track are courtes...

I've been working with GNU/Linux software to make this new work, so, it has been a bit difficult for me... but now the release is here (impossible is nothing), and u can enjoy a pair of electro themes "by the face"... They are on the hip hop/trip hop line, so, turntablists and remixers can join them a lot.. :)It's a sampler work that sounds really good ( at least 4 me... ), the pity is that they aren't really finished songs, because I've lost my archives on a night at 3:00 am, but I've uploaded the versions I had recorded.They are made with some samples by Suonho, Capuchin, Vitriolix and RHumphries ( from the FreeSound Project ), and some beats produced by myself. "song" (¡?¡)... made on a terrible night near the 5:30 am ( after wake up of some kind of nightmare )... :SIt's a simple percusion track made with a small groovebox "a capella"... # U GOTTA TASTE DYNE:BOLIC, A LINUX DISTRO FOR MULTIMEDIA LOVERS These days I've been taking a look at Distro watch, and I've felt interested by a small distro 4 multimedia creation, mainly focused on the art of video, but with some dj software and a pair of audio sequencers ( just a pair... ), I think all those multimedia fanatics should taste this. If u are only a musician, u can use Musix (I've made a comment about it some time ago, now, the 0.30 version is already released..) but u can experiment with video creation too.. :) (personally, I think that to learn something is allways good ).Dyne:bolic is a live-cd ( like Musix ), this means that u don't need to install it, it runs directly from your cdrom, but, the best thing of Dyne:bolic is that the installation of the live-cd is the easyest thing ...

# FLASHBACK, MY SECOND DEMO, ALREADY AVAILABLE ON A FEW FREE .MP3 FILES After a pair of journeys of work, on the 2004 summer, I've remixed three small & smooth pieces that did sound like some kind of asian chill out... I did continue with this small "single" the same sample-based stile than the first demo, but with one difference: these songs have been programmed on an audio sequencer, the another ones (Proyecto Zero) have been mixed and recorded at live (at live, but separately each one). I think this mix is better than the other ones, but I think the sound isn't so fresh ( or maybe it's just my imagination) like the one before. # MUSIX, A LINUX BOOTABLE CD FOR MUSICIANS... These days I've been testing a new linux live cd, Musix 0.26 exactly. For the linux users I've got nothing to tell you about live cds, I suppose you already know them... for non linux users, a live cd is a bootable disc with a portable O.S., it runs directly from the cd, so you haven't to install nothing ( you can also install it, but it is not neccesary ). To run the live, you must configure your BIOS to run the sistem from the cd-rom, it is usually at the boot options. Once you have run the live cd, inside you will find sinthesizers, drum editors, samplers, sequencers, and audio editors, with a few banks for them ( it's really funny.. ). And it's free.. :), you have not to pay nothing..You can find a copy of Musix visitin the web of the proyect www.musix.org.ar, there you will find more information about it, if you are thinking on create your music or if you are looking for a different way to do it,...
