I don't know what to think about The Source's July cover. It's definitely controversial. At the end of the day I really think this image is a metaphor that highlights what's really wrong with The Hip-Hop Generation. While it could be said that we are fearless and ready to take on the world, the truth of the matter is that we are on the brink of self-destruction. Can't wait to read the story.

A weeping Remy Ma was sentenced to eight years in prison Tuesday for shooting a woman outside a Manhattan nightclub. "I feel so bad for all the physical and mental pain you've gone through," the Grammy-nominated rapper told the victim. "This has taken a toll on us and both our families. The results: The Hornets are one win away from knocking the NBA champion Spurs the f**k out of the playoffs!
