Let it Snow , Baby ... Let it Reindeer is the second Christmas album by Christian rock band Relient K . It was released on October 23, 2007. The album is a re-release of the band's first Christmas album, Deck the Halls, Bruise Your Hand, but with seven new songs and some other changes, such as track listing and a new ending to one song. Formed in 2003, Clipd Beaks started off with little more than a battered Arp Axxe synthesizer and a microphone but quickly set about marking off their own turf at the intersection of psychedelic post-punk and futuristic noise. After graduating from high school, where they experimented with mind-altering substances such as British rock and San Diego art-core, bassist Scott Ecklein, drummer Ray Benjamin and guitarist/synthesist Greg Pritchard teamed up with singer Nic Barbeln, whose delayed vocal loops and jam band tendencies they secretly admired from afar.During an impromptu jam sesh on a sub-zero night in a loft above a metal bar in Minneapolis, Clipd Beaks was born. By the end of 2005, Digby had come to the end of their rope. You could say that they had the rope tied around their collective necks. Their second CD, Falling Up had failed to find it's legs, non-stop touring had taken it's toll on the band, and members were starting to question if this road had come to an end.Lead singer, Paul Moeller suffered a lengthy divorce while the tour strolled through the midwest. A few weeks later, a close, personal friend of the band was killed in an auto accident. Although the album has selectively well-written tracks, still they deliver exciting songs and a band with full of energy. Punk Goes Acoustic 2 is a compilation album, one of the Punk Goes... series on the Fearless Records record label, featuring previously unreleased songs from various punk rock bands. It follows Punk Goes Acoustic released in 2003.Punk Goes Acoustic 2 CD harmoniously delivers great music for punk and acoustic lovers. Most of the songs show an outstanding vocals. I can still remember the shimmering voice of Jack's Mannequin on the track called "Bruised". Although some songs were a bit of emo like "Three Cheers for Five Years" by Mayday Parade and "Baby, Come On" by (+44), they played well in my ears. "Who I Am Hates Who I've Been" by Relient K and "The Only Song" by Sherwood are the two of my best tracks in this album. My one month listening to this Punk Goes Acoustic 2 album is not enough.
