Capital Chaos has posted video footage of the Oregon/California death metal band BRAIN DRILL performing the song "Apocalyptical Feasting" on November 24, 2007 at The Kennel Club in Sacramento , California. The group's new album "Apocalyptical Feasting" is tentatively due in early 2008.BRAIN DRILL was formed in the summer of 2005 by Dylan Ruskin [guitars], whose next goal was to find a drummer that could actually play death metal and not just claim they could. Dylan ended up recruiting drummer Marco Pitruzzella, former drummer of VITAL REMAINS, VILE, VORNAGAR, ATROCIOUS HYSTERIA, NUMA, and a few other extreme metal bands. Report: AXL ROSE 'Fought To Save His Home' From Wildfire

KCAL-TV [Channel 9], an independent station in Los Angeles, California owned by CBS Corporation, is reporting that GUNS N' ROSES frontman Axl Rose has plenty to be thankful for this Thanksgiving weekend, but it was a close call. The wildfire in Southern California that left six firefighters hurt and destroyed dozens burnt his roof and all around his expansive property.Rose's assistant Beta Lebeis, who lives on the property, says the rock legend fought to save his home. "He helped a lot," she said. "He did a lot. He was with the hose everywhere. Then the firetruck came in and locked us. So then they told us, 'Just close the garage doors and just go back in. Italian gothic metallers MACBETH have posted an eight-minute video clip [view below] documenting the recording sessions for the group's recently released album "Superangelic Hate Bringers". The CD which came out on November 16 via Dragonheart Records, was recorded in two different studios including a private studio in Reykjavik, Iceland and New Sin studios in Italy where the band also mixed and mastered the album.According to a press release "Superangelic Hate Bringers" is "the brilliant new and ambitious album by MACBETH that features ten pieces which go well beyond the confines of pure gothic metal."
