Gidday everybody,today I'd like to present you a great band -Sadie - playing a great song -Crimson Tear - in a video that invoked alot of negative reviews due to the fact that it looks so trashy and cheap, it seems to be spiraled all through time right from the 80's.But I tell you what, I like it. I like the blood, the puking, the Kyo like style and the bad horror-movie-wanna-be directing. Oh yeah and I love the fact that the blonde chick is scared to hell.You might consider it offending, scary or just plain bad. Well, tell me about it. The song still rocks and the video always manages to make me giggle. Aloha again, I just browsed a couple of concert reviews of Miyavi's Kabuki Rock Tour , totaly mouthwatering I can tell you. I so hope I can make it to Munich on the 29th to see the show. Everybody seemed to be very very pleased with the show, the performance and the set list. Girugämesh are a very hot visual kei band from Japan, consisting of Satoshi, Shuu, Nii and ?yo. The name Girugämesh is derived from the name Gilgamesh, which was the name of the 5th king of Uruk, the city later known as Babylon, approx 2600 BC.The band was formed in 2003 in Tokyo by Shuu and Nii who had been friends since elementary school. Girugämesh began playing gigs with their current lineup in 2004, until they were signed to record label Gaina-Japan. Hi again, after a couple of months of posting about whatever came to our mind we managed to get our blog approved in the Pay per Post network.I first stumbled upon other people posting for Pay per Post in Entrecard. I didn't get what all the stuff was about. Why would people put advertisments, reviews and product placements into their diary? As you can see I used to be pretty clueless about the whole blogging scene until I started to give it a try myself. So now that I know what I can do with a blog it sounded more and more interesting to me to get a little payment out of my hobby. Here is one of my favorite songs from the crazy japanese people of Rudolf Steiner, Inner Cell or Schwarz Stein. It is a bit tricky to keep up with all their project, in the end it is always Hora and Kaya. So sad they are only doing gigs together on very rare and special occasions. Dio, Distraught Overlord, recently announced that they are busy working on a new single hitting the shelves on 6th August 2008. The name of the single is yet unknown. Sadly there are still no news about the upcoming Miyavi world tour, but I won't loose hope on that. Nonetheless there is a little highlight concerning Miyavi, some kind soul uploaded the complete Samurai Session Dvd to Youtube. Check upcoming posts for links. Now to the track of the day featuring Dazzle Vision , an astonishing gothic band from Japan. This one is a goosebump gurantee. Maikos voice is so fantastic I'm absolutely unable to describe how much I adore her. You will have to find out yourself what she is able to do. Get ready to be blown away. NoGoD have announced to release their first album April 9th 2008. The name isn't told yet, but we know there will be two versions. One with 10 songs and a DVD containing making-of's and the PV's and a another one which will contain a bonus song.So just in case you haven't heard of NoGod yet I'd like to water your mouth with a little teaser video, which was originally planned as a Track of the Day feature, but I guess it fits much better in here. Kia ora, Been a while since the last Track of the Day, which doesn't mean we ran out of songs to present to you. Guess real life had a huge impact on our schedules recently. So it was about time to come up with some fresh sounds. The following band, Dio or Distraught Overlord, is still quite new in the visual kei and jrock scene. As far as I know they are still on indie status, but I'm sure that won't last very long. I bumped into alot of people going gaga about their gigs here in Europe while I was trying to find some further infos about them. Doing a band feature about them would be quite interesting if I manage to dig more infos in a language I can understand. As for now I hope you will enjoy their song "God Forsaken". Hi thereHave you already heard of the german band Cinema Bizarre ? Like many visual kei acts they try to combine rock and other influences with very stylish outfits and makeups. The little difference is that these guys don't reside in Asia and they use english lyrics. Their sound reminds me of other european (visual) acts like HIM or The Rasmus, but unlike them Cinema Bizarre tries to represent a visual kei band rather than a glam rock band. The artists use pseudonyms like Strify, Kiro, Shin, Luminor and Yu to emphasize that even more on top of the costume, haircut, makeup extravaganza. As for now they have one album out, titled "Final Attraction" and released two singles from it, "Love Songs" and "Escape to the Stars". Check out the video for "Love Songs" and judge yourself if these guys are really visual or just a nice try.
