2006-12-02 16:01:06 Aye, so i saw that Low Budget gig last nite. And yeh, it was pretty killa, in too many forms of the word.I ended up getting there pretty early, and the place was like completely empty, we were seriously like the second people to get there. I dunno why the fuck no1 was there tho, cause Paz was playin some pretty wikkid tunes along with Ransom too, those guys have big, pumpin record collections. They do real tight sets, check em out on saturdays at revolver if ya get the chance.Low-b came on at like 1ish and the place was pretty packed by then, but still spacious enuf to get down and funky and not sweat from the balls. They got lotsa air cons in there tho, and I got a nice spot under a fan too most of the night so was pretty cool (bad da bum ching?). I've noticed people arn't looking at me the same though at the moment... i just shaved my head and must now blend in with the crowd too much, cause i ain't getting as many sideways looks, maybe i'll just need to wear even more extreme... 2006-12-02 16:01:06 There's just something i like about this track. It's a Dre beat but it's got different flavor to what i'm used to from him. I'm likin the synth bits going, but i'm sure they could get on your nerves. The chorus is a tad annoying though.Jay's still doing his thing but. And although the album hasn't broken any boundaries it's still Jigga man, and he's got some talent. And he's managed to get all kindsa cool producers on this, whatever happened to Timbaland helping out though?The one thing that does piss me off about the album though is the number of pretty mediocre features. I don't think i'm ever gonna like usher, that's all i'll say.Jay-Z and Dr. Dre - Troublei'm really feeling the track that was leaked a while ago, lost ones. It's actually Chrissette Michelle on vocals though, not Eryka Badu as was originally stated. It's also a Dre beat. 2006-12-02 16:01:06 Man i was literally just discussing last night after the sine lang radio show, with deltoid, how rick ross kinda bores me. The hustlin song, although very cool, has been way to over hyped, and in my opinion is overrated. And i've listened to his other tracks, and listened to the port of miami album, but was still pretty unimpressed.But damn, fuck all of that, cause i listened to this track, and saw exactly where he fits. His rap style sounds all to similar most of the time, but when you get a fat arse beat like this one (serial, listen to them synths), and a beat that's sounding kinda raw, he fits in perfectly. It's probably sitting in the same place Hustlin is, fat beat, then ross doin his thing.Anyway i'm sure some readers are gonna wanna slap me for hatin on ross, but this track/post ain't all about him, he's a feature. The rapper who this's noted to is Bloodshot, and he's soundin real fresh. I havn't heard of him before, am i sleepin? He only has like 8 myspace friends... More About: What , Hat
