With all this beef talk, Kay Slay has spoken out regarding the feud and the reason he and Joe had a falling out. Accompanying the Brooklyn icon will be Rock acts including Coldplay, Nine Inch Nails, Interpol and various others. While the event is heavily considered a Rock festival, similar to last week's South-by-South-West, the addition of Jay-Z will be an attempt to appeal to larger audiences. This action reflects a similar trend set by the annual Glastonbury Festival in the UK last February when Jay-Z was headlined. Hip Hop Police Crashes Snoop's Album Release Party
2008-03-13 04:24:00 Snoop Dogg had a chance to even step into the Touch nightclub in NYC and get a two step in, his invitation only album release party had already been taken over by the New York City Police Department.According to LiveNews, ten NYPD cars moved in on the nightclub near Time Square in what appeared to be a raid.The police seemed to get nasty when the party goers became hostile, eventually calling for back up. To make the situation worse, there are rumors that someone set off the fire alarm, in result causing the Fire Department to arrive at the scene as well.
