The album-titled track is already in the Top 5 on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart. I haven't had a chance to listen to the album, but their albums have been decent, so hopefully this is no different. I'm definitely going to check this album out today- and you should too! Britney Spears: News On Her 6th Studio Album!

Guy Sigsworth, producer for Bjork, Imogen Heap, Alanis Morissette, and Britney (produced "Everytime" for Britney's 2004 release "In The Zone") has signed on to work with Britney for her upcoming album due out later in the year. "It's weird to think I'm doing him and Britney at the same time," he says. Sigsworth, who is also currently producing tracks for Korn's lead singer Jonathan Davis, says he might experiment with Britney and Davis in the studio: "I don't know if I'll try to persuade them to do a duet together. Alanis Morissette's new album 'Flavor Of Entanglement' is nothing short of amazing, and definitely her best work in years- even since 'Jagged Little Pill'. The Deluxe Edition of the album will feature a bonus track called 'It's A Bitch To Grow Up' which is a nice song that is similar to something that would be on 'Jagged Little Pill' as well. Rihanna is re-releasing her new album in two weeks with new songs including 'Take A Bow' and 'Disturbia ' which is the new single that will be sent to radio next month. The song is great and in my opinion, one of her best songs. It's similar to 'Don't Stop The Music', but it can kind of be described as that song having a love child with Kanye West. Britney Spears is releasing her fourth single, 'Radar ' to radio on June 24th- and I'm sure it will do just as well as the previous singles. The video is also rumored to be shot during that time period- here's to hoping it's great. Every single from 'Blackout' has gone top 40, so hopefully this one will as well. It's a safe single choice, but hopefully they release something like 'Toy Soldier', 'Get Naked' or 'Perfect Lover' next- or even release a slower song like 'Why Should I Be Sad'. Madonna has done three promo shows around the globe in support of her recent smash album 'Hard Candy ' and the promo tour version of 'Candy Shop ', the tours opening song has leaked. It's much better than the album version- has added beats and parts, and has smoother vocals. It's a great mix, and hopefully the other studio versions will leak as well. Cyndi Lauper is releasing her new album 'Bring Ya The Brink' on May 30th in the US, and the next single from the album will be 'Into The Night Life ' which is the best track on the album and definitely the hottest song I've heard in a long while. It's addicting and deserves to be a huge hit although it won't because it's Cyndi and she's not really relevant anymore, but hopefully I'll hear this in the club! Lil' Kim is back with a new single 'Respirator' from a new album coming out, and the song is alright- but much too vocoded for my liking. She doesn't need to vocode her voice, but it's whatever I guess. The song isn't bad- just sounds awkward having her voice changed for the chorus and parts of the song. Janet Jackson is embarking on a world tour this fall and it has been confirmed that the tour kicks off in Vancouver, Canada on September 10th! Details and ticket giveaways will be revealed and take place on Ellen's show tomorrow- as well as a performance of 'LUV'. Tour dates and tickets will be available soon- and also Janet wants you to call her and leave her a voicemail giving her ideas, feedback, and most importantly wants your opinion on what songs she should have on her setlist! The Sun are reporting that Britney is going to be releasing a new album towards the end of this year. Jive are very impressed with Britneys new material and have decided to have Britneys new album released at the same time as Whitney Houstons new album. A label source said: ?Britney has been on fire in the studio of late. During recording sessions for the last album she was consumed by her chaotic private life. But she is determined to make a triumphant comeback. Top brass have been amazed by the quality of tracks they?ve heard. Whitney is set for another relaunch at the same time later in the year. They?re determined Brit will come out on top.?

While I don't agree with the direction they are going in as a band, and the fact that their album is trying to copy The Beatles 'Sgt. Peppers' album, I am liking the fact that they are starting to explore new sounds and make decent videos. Mariah Carey | E=MC² Release Date: April 15th, 2008 Label: Island Def Jam Records ----------------------------- ----------------------------- E=MC2 is the 11th Studio album by superstar singer/songwriter Mariah Carey and follows a more urban/hip-hop route previously showcased in her last set The Emancipation of Mimi. Mariah herself has actually described the album as The Emancipation of Mimi ?Part Two? and you can quite easily see the similarities between the two just by looking at the album artwork. However, the production values on this collection are bigger, with names such as Scott Storch, Swizz Beatz and Danja all lending their talents to the album. The album overall is a good hip-hop/R&B record with some true club bangers and chilled, down-tempo grooves as well. Word is that Janet is going to start rehearsals as soon as next week for her appearance and performance on Dancing With The Stars . I really hope this turns out to be true because nearly 20 million people watch this show weekly and it's been a while since we've seen or heard from Janet. Promotion would definitely be great right about now. If you haven't already picked up her newest album Discipline, then make sure you go and do that soon. It's definitely her best album in years and a very solid album- so check it out! Standout tracks: Rollercoaster, 2nite, Feedback, and Never Letchu Go.
