This work is produced by Trent Reznor (NIN) and I racomand to check it HERE. This cd is available as digital download, by paying $5 dollars you'll be able to download mp3 at 320 Kbs and a 33 page PDF of original album artwork and lyrics (also available at 192 Kbs if you like the file size smaller). Really, this is a great cd delivered at the ridiculous price of 5 US dollars (the first 100.000 downloaders had the opportunity to download it for free choosing betwen to make the donation of $5 or not).The lyrics are quite explicit so if you have problems about that, think about it before it's too late!The music biz is quickly changing and this is so great!

Here are a couple of videos with Steve Coleman explaining some concepts behind his music. Since late '80 I was affascinate by the music that he was playing and most of my studies were about understanding odd meters and subdivisions. I must say the Coleman's music helped me a lot developing this kind of stuff and I have been lucky enough to studying with one of the greatest drummer and teacher in the world wich is Ralph Humphrey, some kind of a guru in contemporary drumming and odd meters related arguments. Now, I suggest to check out these videos, you could have a great benefit to listen some explanations right from Steve. Also don't forget to check out Coleman's website here at M-Base where you can find music, scores and even more articles about his music and concepts.Best
