The riotous Brazilian trio known as Bonde Do Rolê was born through partying. DJ Rodrigo Gorky gathered friends Pedro and Marina together, went to Role’s, a snack bar that played heavy rock in their hometown of Curitiba and, many vodkas later, Bonde do Rolê was hatched. Pink Nasty Mold The Gold Wichita’s talented folk-singer Sara Beck (aka Pink Nasty), Sara’s brother provocative rapper Black Nasty and famous Bonnie Prince Billy brought to life thirteen near perfect lo-fi pop-rock tracks that clearly mine the well-adjusted structure set by Fiona Apple, Cat Power and even Neko Case.
