Judika was the artist who represented Indonesia in the solo category of IKON ASEAN competition held last Sunday. Before this he had won the 1st runner-up of season 2 -INDONESIAN IDOL 2005. Represented Malaysia in the last FINAL IKON ASEAN, - Jaclyn Victor singing the song that had made her the winner of the first Malaysian Idol, GEMILANG. VINA MORALES - the first ever winner of IKON ASEAN.Last night was the final of IKON ASEAN where solo and group contestants from 3 countries : Malaysia, The Philippines and Indonesia compete in the first ever ASEAN reality song contest. Contestants fro all countries had shown their best performances last night and the winners went to the Filipinos both the solo won by VINA MORALES, whilst the band category won by KJWAN.My bet was on Jaclyn Victor to grab the title of the solo category but just didn't make it even with her powerful rendition of GEMILANG. Better luck next time to Jaclyn Victor. OAG pula just biasa-biasa aje. This afternoon had the chance to watch again the re-run of IKON MALAYSIA final which I missed the other week. Tengok lah persembahan DAYANG NURAFAIZAH singing TIBA-TIBA, one of her new songs in her latest album DAYANG 2007.About the song, I just love TIBA-TIBA when I heard it for the first time...my kind of song RnB, pop jazzy just my cup of tea. Tapi her ala Beyonce concept to memang tak menjadi during that performance (you can see it in the youtube above). Please the baju so salah..too singkat for her but she just don't have a nice leg to show off in the first place. Dont get me wrong, I love the dress but macam nampak janggal on her. Sorry to say Dayang, just didn't suit you that dress unless you have a nice pair of long lengs like Kavita Kaur then OKla. Another thing her make-up just tak cantik langsung...dengan rambut style ala ala messy tak menjadi tu pun didn't do justice for you Dayang. Better groom nicely next time babe.

DAYANG NURFAIZAH tidak pernah HILANG semangat juangnya. Even though she didn't win the IKON Malaysia competition (won by Jaclyn Victor) she had shown such powerful performances throughout. As we know her music genre is mostly R&B, people nicknamed her as 'Beyonce of Malaysia'. She also mentioned that her favourite singer is Sheila Majid where she adores Sheila's charisma and professionalism in entertaining the fans. You can see from her performance when singing HILANG was full of energy and feelings. I just love this song!
