Kylie has requested an unusually high amount of VIP tickets for the show which suggest to us she wants as many close friends and family present for the big announcement! Now how about that! Has this ever been done? I mean getting married during a concert is probably the coolest and most original way ever, hoping that you'll actually get a YES in front of everyone!
